You Will Work On:

AI Agents: Design and optimize AI agents

ML Models: Build redemption prediction, customer segmentation, ROI forecasting

Data & Analytics: Analyze data, build behavior pattern pipelines, create product bundling matrices

System Design: Architect scalable async AI pipelines, design feedback loops, implement A/B testing

Experimentation: Test different LLM approaches, explore hybrid LLM+ML architectures, prototype new capabilities

Must-Have Skills

Technical: 0-2 years AI/ML experience (projects/internships count), strong Python, LLM API knowledge, ML fundamentals (supervised learning, clustering), Pandas/NumPy proficiency

Mindset: Extreme curiosity, logical problem-solving, builder mentality (side projects/hackathons), ownership mindset

Nice to Have: Pydantic, FastAPI, statistical forecasting, PostgreSQL/SQL, scikit-learn, food-tech/loyalty domain interest

What you'll do:

·         Perform complex application programming activities with an emphasis on mobile development:  Angular, Node, TypeScript, JavaScript, Apache Cordova, RESTful APIs and more

·         Assist in the definition of system architecture and detailed solution design that are scalable and extensible

·         Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other engineers on different permutations to find the best solution possible

·         Own the quality of code and do your own testing. Automate feature testing and contribute UI testing framework

·         Become a subject matter expert for our mobile applications

·         Deliver amazing solutions to production that knock everyone’s socks off

·         Mentor junior developers on the team

Basic Qualifications: 

·         Minimum B.S. / M.S. Computer Science or related discipline from accredited college or University

·         At least 6 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering web applications with Angular, Node, Typescript, IONIC and JavaScript

·         At least 2 years of experience building iOS-based applications utilizing hybrid technologies

·         At least 2 years of experience with AWS and/or Openshift

·         Experience integrating with native device API’s (iOS)

·         Experience with front-end and/or mobile-specific testing frameworks

·         Strong experience in object-oriented design and development

·         Knowledge of building and consuming RESTful APIs

·         Excellent sense of web design, passionate about creating and refining great mobile user experiences.

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet established timelines   

·         Strong collaboration skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Proficient with Apache Cordova framework

·         Built or maintained custom Cordova plugin

• Demonstrable knowledge of native coding background in iOS

·         Understanding of Apple certificate and profile management

About the Job

As a Cloud Backend Engineer you will design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems in cloud environments. You will be responsible for building cloud-native applications, optimizing backend performance, and ensuring seamless integration with frontend services and third-party systems.

• Backend Development
• Design and implement scalable and high-performance backend services and APIs for cloud-based applications.
• Develop microservices architectures and serverless functions to support business needs.

• Build and manage cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure.
• Deploy and maintain backend services using cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions).
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and ensure smooth delivery of updates.
• Performance Optimization
• Monitor and optimize the performance of backend services, including database queries, API responses, and system throughput.
• Implement caching strategies, load balancing, and other performance-enhancing techniques to ensure scalability and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and system bottlenecks.
• Database Management
• Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and performance.
• Implement data access patterns and optimize queries for efficient data retrieval and storage.

• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate backend services with frontend applications and third-party systems.

• Implement security best practices to protect backend services from threats and vulnerabilities.

• Testing and Quality Assurance
• Develop and maintain automated tests for backend services, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.

• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
• Document backend services, APIs, and infrastructure setups to facilitate knowledge sharing and support.

What We Need To See

• Strong experience in backend development, cloud technologies, and distributed systems, with a focus on building robust, high-performance solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on cloud-based applications.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures.
• Technical Expertise in:

1. Backend Development

• Strong experience with backend programming languages such as Node.js, Python
• Expertise in working with frameworks such as NestJS, Express.js, or Django.

2. Microservices Architecture

• Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of service discovery, API gateways, and distributed tracing.

3. API Development

• Proficiency in designing, building, and maintaining RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with API security, rate limiting, and authentication mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).

4. Database Management

• Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB).
• Experience in database schema design, optimization, and management. 

5. Cloud Services

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure,AWS or Google Cloud.

6. Performance Optimization

• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of backend services.

7. Security

• Understanding of security best practices and experience implementing secure coding practices.
• Soft Skills:

Experience: 5 - 6 years

• Strong knowledge of OOP, C#, LINQ, SQL Server.
• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Demonstrable knowledge of any one of the JavaScript frameworks - Angular JS or ReactJS.
• Must be strong in .net MVC.
• Minimum 1 yr experience in .Net Core, Web API.

We are looking for 2+ Year experienced Back-end developer to join our Team.
You will be responsible for the development and management of server side of our web applications in terms of quality and scalability. 

You should be passionate about writing optimised codes, and solving problems in real time, Data Structure and Algorithm.

Required Candidate profile

Requirements :

- Understanding of deployment process with AWS/Digital Ocean/Microsoft Azure
