About the Role :

We’re seeking an experienced HR professional to lead People Operations — covering hiring, onboarding, performance, compliance, engagement, and culture. This is a hands-on role for someone who can build scalable HR processes in a fast-growing startup environment.

Mandatory Skills :

End-to-end recruitment, HR operations, compliance (POSH, PF, ESI, PT), performance management, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles.
• Strengthen employer branding and referral programs.
• Design and manage onboarding, performance, and engagement processes.
• Oversee HR operations, compliance (POSH, PF, ESI, PT), and policies.
• Drive learning, development, and culture initiatives.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of HR experience in startups or product-based firms.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance and payroll.
• Proven experience in setting up HR systems and hiring processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred :

• Experience hiring for tech roles and exposure to ESOPs.
• Prior work in health-tech or similar domains.

Job Title: Chief Manager - Product & Buying (Apparel Retail Brand)

Location: Gurgaon, India

Experience Required: 10-15 years in Apparel retail brand

Industry: Textile / Apparel / Garment Accessories/ Retail

Department: Sales & Business Development

·        Develop and implement detailed seasonal product plans, aligned with business goals.

·        Present range and sign off Business Unit (BU) plans in coordination with the Buying and Merchandising Head.

·        Book product quantities to support launches and adapt to in-season sales trends.

·        Analyze sales data to support informed buying decisions.

·        Work closely with suppliers to revise production flows based on sales performance and maximize sell-through.

Key Requirements:

·        Create and execute the departments Operating Plan.

·        Select relevant products from the M&S global catalogue to capture trends, drive volume, and meet customer demand.

·        Lead local product development to address market gaps, regional requirements, and margin improvement opportunities.

·        Plan and manage flow and phasing of stock to ensure timely product availability.

·        Ensure buying is aligned with approved plans and meets critical path timelines.

·        Drive in-season development of short lead-time products to improve responsiveness.

·        Develop and scale value fashion lines for Tier 2 markets.

·        Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Marketing to deliver compelling in-store looks and storytelling.
