We are seeking an experienced and proactive Desktop Team Lead to manage and support the desktop support team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets, and maintain a high level of user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the desktop support team to ensure effective incident resolution.
- Manage hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
- Coordinate with other IT teams for escalations and project implementations.
- Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLAs are met.
- Maintain inventory and documentation for IT assets.
- Implement and enforce IT policies and best practices.
- Provide hands-on support when necessary.
