Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to multiple backend development projects ensuring high-quality delivery.

• Develop detailed HLD (High-Level Design) and LLD (Low-Level Design) solutions.

• Optimize performance, concurrency, and scalability of applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes.
• Support and troubleshoot production issues, providing L3 support as required.
• Continuously research, evaluate, and integrate new technologies to improve applications and processes.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices within the team.
• Actively participate in recruitment and talent-building initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of strong professional experience in Node.js and frameworks like Express.js.
• Proficiency in MERN stack (preferred but must be heavy on Node.js).
• Strong understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Solid debugging, troubleshooting, and performance profiling expertise.
• Hands-on experience with source control systems (Git) and CI/CD environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented and service-oriented application development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and in team settings with high ownership.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Dispatch Coordinator located in Noida. The Senior Dispatch Coordinator will oversee daily dispatch operations, coordinate with drivers and clients to ensure timely and efficient shipment scheduling, and manage real-time updates for optimal delivery performance. Responsibilities include maintaining clear communication between teams, addressing customer inquiries, monitoring shipments, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves multitasking in a fast-paced environment to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Proficient Dispatching and Data Entry skills to ensure seamless scheduling and accurate record-keeping.
• Strong Communication skills and a commitment to Customer Service excellence for effectively addressing client and driver needs.

We are looking for QA role who has experience into Python ,AWS,and chaos engineering tool(Monkey,Gremlin)

⦁ Strong understanding of distributed systems

• Cloud computing (AWS), and networking principles. 
• Ability to understand complex trading systems and prepare and execute plans to induce failures
• Python. 
• Experience with chaos engineering tooling such as Chaos Monkey, Gremlin, or similar

- Experience comparable to DevOps SIRE providing SME-tevel application or platform support with responsibility for designing and automating operational procedures and best practices 

-Experience writing python and shell scripts to perform health checks and automations 

- Experience with Linux System Administration (preferably Red Hat)

- Hands-on experience with multi-tenant hosting environments for middleware applications (for example: centrally managed platform or infrastructure as a service) 

- Experience with implementing observabitity, monitoring and alerting tools 

- Excellent written and oral English communication skills. The candidate must write user-facing documentation, prepare and deliver presentations to an internal audience and effectively interact with upper management, colleagues, and customers 

- Independent problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and a mindset for taking ownership

- A minimum of 5 years of infrastructure production support or DevOps experience 

Additional Technical Skills 

Experience with broker-based messaging infrastructure such as Apache Kafka, IBM MQ (or similar technology like ActiveMQ, Azure Service Bus) including configuration and performance tuning 

Experience with public/private cloud and containerization technologies (e.g. Kubernetes) 

Experience with Agile development methodology, Cl/CD and automated build pipelines 

Experience with DevOps methodology (e.g. Phoenix Project) 

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow 

Experience working with JSON, XML, Google Protocol Buffers, Avro, FIX 

Experience with troubleshooting tools such as TCPdump and Wireshark

Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis interest and understanding of emerging IT trends 

Experience with system architecture design

• Responsible for requirements understanding, propose architecture, detailed design,
• development and timely deliverables with the highest quality standards.
• We are looking for Product creators who can work with minimum inputs from business and are able to deliver products quickly and with quality.
• This person should have worked in Enterprise class product from scratch.
• Start-up experience would be highly desirable.
• Tech Stack: React.js, HTML, CSS, AWS, MySQL, Razor Pay, Google Analytics, SEO, Dev Ops, CI/CD Pipeline

Responsibilities:

• Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques

• Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them

• Manage employee relations, employee engagement, appraisals, PF, ESI, etc.

• Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues

• Manage employees’ grievances
• Create and run referral bonus programs
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2+ years experience in Human Resource in manufacturing/industrial company. 
• Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance)
• Demonstrable leadership abilities
• Solid communication skills
• BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
