The role

You will find creators, get them on board, and make sure they deliver. That is the job. No hand-holding, no playbook handed to you. You figure it out.

What you will do

• Source and onboard niche creators across news, finance, politics, sports, and tech verticals
• Run cold outreach across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X
• Build and own a creator pipeline from scratch
• Manage creator relationships, briefings, and deliverable timelines
• Use PR instincts to unlock hard-to-reach contacts and voices
• Work directly with the content team to align creator output with editorial goals

• 1 to 3 years in influencer marketing, PR, creator relations, or talent management
• Proof that you have gotten access to people others could not
• Strong written communication in English and Hindi
• Generalist within the field, outreach, negotiation, tracking, all of it

We’re seeking a highly experienced and certified Salesforce Platform Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Platform Solutioning and Administration. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with technical execution, driving digital transformation across CRM initiatives in the organization. You’ll lead Platform Architecture, solution design, stakeholder collaboration, and platform optimization for high-impact service delivery.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce, with strong exposure to Architecting solutions across Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Architect, Financial Services Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Application Architect.
• Proven ability to translate financial business processes into technical solutions.
• Experience with Enterprise Integrations with Salesforce.
• Experience with contact center technologies, including CTI integration, case routing, and service analytics.
• Strong understanding of financial products, customer lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance.
• ⁠Proficiency in Apex, Flow, Lightning Components, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of Genesys Cloud, API Gateways like Apigee is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠Act as the strategic interface between business units and technical teams to align Salesforce capabilities with programs/projects and business goals.
• ⁠Perform all activities in defining architecture, detailed design and solution approach for CRM centric programs in the enterprise.
• ⁠Support implementation and optimization of Salesforce FSC and Service Cloud for contact center operations.
• ⁠Design scalable solutions for customer onboarding, relationship management, and service automation.
• ⁠Integrate Salesforce with core systems, data platforms, third-party apps, and telephony platforms (e.g., CTI, IVR).
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data privacy standards.
• ⁠Conduct stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and platform demos to drive adoption.

The Accounts Assistant is responsible for supporting the finance and accounting functions within the organization. This role involves assisting in the maintenance of financial records, processing invoices, handling payments, and providing general administrative support to the finance team. The Accounts Assistant will ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day financial transactions and contribute to maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable & Receivable:
• Process, verify, and reconcile supplier invoices and payments.
• Handle customer invoicing, monitor receivables, and assist in the collection of outstanding debts.
• Prepare and process daily banking, including reconciling bank accounts.
• Data Entry & Record Maintenance:
• Input financial data into accounting software with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing financial records, ensuring all documentation is up to date and properly filed.
• Maintain and update the fixed asset register as required.
• General Ledger and Reconciliation:
• Assist in preparing journal entries and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Reconcile supplier statements, bank statements, and accounts on a monthly basis.
• Assist in preparing reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Payroll Assistance:
• Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data, such as absences, bonuses, and leaves.
• Ensure payroll records are accurate and maintained in compliance with company policies.
• Financial Reporting Support:
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
• Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as requested by auditors or senior accountants.
• Expense & Petty Cash Management:
• Monitor and manage petty cash transactions and ensure proper recording of all expenses.
• Review employee expense claims, verify receipts, and process reimbursements in accordance with company policy.
• Other Duties:
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
• Assist in responding to queries from internal departments and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an accounting or finance department.

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Problem-solving abilities and the initiative to tackle issues independently.
