ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in crafting intuitive, engaging user interfaces that improve the

financial lives of our users. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to

deliver high-quality designs that meet our users' needs and align with TIFIN’s mission. You will bring a strong

understanding of UX and UI principles, a passion for problem-solving, and a dedication to designing

meaningful experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and

enhancements.

● Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, user flows, and other UX artifacts to guide product

development.

● Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on

feedback.

REQUIREMENTS

● Experience: 4 +years as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, preferably in a fintech or tech ( 50% UX skills and 50% UI skills)
