Staff Nurse

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Pune, Mumbai

Mode of Work : 3 days from Office

DSA(Collections, Hash maps, trees, Linkedlist and Arrays, etc), Core Oops concepts(Multithreading, Multi Processing, Polymorphism, Inheritance etc) Annotations in Spring and Spring boot, Java 8 Vital features, database Optimization, Microsevices and Rest API

• Design, develop, and maintain low-latency, high-performance enterprise applications using Core Java (Java 5.0 and above).
• Implement and integrate APIs using Spring Framework and Apache CXF.
• Build microservices-based architecture for scalable and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for high/low-level design, development, and deployment of software solutions.
• Optimize performance through efficient multithreading, memory management, and algorithm design.
• Ensure best coding practices, conduct code reviews, and perform unit/integration testing.
• Work with RDBMS (preferably Sybase) for backend data integration.
• Analyze complex business problems and deliver innovative technology solutions in the financial/trading domain.
• Work in Unix/Linux environments for deployment and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics NAV V5 or other versions.
• Deliver expertise in Business Central modules.
• Create and maintain technical design documents.
• Provide consultancy and resolution support on ticket escalations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and map business processes.
• Participate in implementation activities and manage RFCs (Request for Changes).
• Support and advise on finance, manufacturing, and warehousing functionalities.
• Engage with users on M365, MS Teams, and SharePoint environments.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV V5 or other versions and Business Central modules.
• Experience in Manufacturing/Warehousing domains
• Strong skills in creating Technical Design Documents
• Deep understanding of business processes
• Hands-on with Implementation & RFC handling
• Prior experience in consultancy on ticket escalations
• Familiarity with M365, MS Teams, SharePoint

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Events and Extensions in Dynamics

 2+ years experience as a developer with a proven track record in on-time and successful deliveries.

- Must be highly proficient in NodeJS, Javascript and MySQL with Microservices (REST web services )

- Work end to end on micro-services and SPAs built on cutting-edge technologies like Nodejs (Strong practical experience preferred)

- Strong knowledge of database & web applications.

- Preferred : grunt, wagner, npm, passport, redix, chai

- Excellent problem solving and communication skills, so that you are able to articulate technical concepts to the team, also excellent development, and debugging skills

- Ability to learn, act, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a distributed team

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Should be taking requirements to design and building reusable modules.

- Building, scaling and performance tuning.

- Advance understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5 and CSS3.

- Advance understanding in AWS, NPM (Node JS Package Manager), GIT and Unit testing.

- Strong work experience in Design Patterns and Algorithms.

- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving issues.

- Must have strong communication skills.

. 3.5+ years of work experience on React.JS framework

· Has expertise in following front- end optimization techniques:

· Lazy Loading

· Asynchronous Module Definition

· Image Compression and Minification

· Other front-end tooling using Grunt / Webpack and NPM

· Familiarity with NodeJS, Jasmine / Karma and other unit testing frameworks

· Foundation data structure – Arrays, dictionaries, sets and lists

· Proficient in evaluating front end performance and measure accordingly

· Strong appetite to learn industry trends and new & emerging technologies

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in core Java/J2EE 
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Lead mentoring team of 3 to 5 developers
• Strong knowledge of one the web application framework such as Spring, Struts
• Strong knowledge of UI frameworks (AngularJS 2.0/4.0, ReactJS, Javascript, HTML, CSS) 
• Strong knowledge of web services (Restful) 
• Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design, data structure, and data architectures
• Good knowledge of relation database, SQL and ORM 
• Curiosity and attention to detail 
• Strong communicator with visual, verbal, and writing skills to clearly articulate complex design problems and solutions 
• Adaptable to changing technology and restrictions, design challenges, deadlines, and project requirements.
