PodTech is seeking a proactive Software Developer Intern to join our dynamic team in CyberCity, Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be in the process of pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field and has a fundamental understanding of programming concepts and front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Kendo, and Bootstrap.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using frameworks such as .NET and .NET Core.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help define and implement software requirements.
- Learn and apply front-end logic using technologies like JavaScript, Kendo, and Bootstrap.
- Assist in working with SQL databases, including learning to design, read, write, and optimize queries.
- Participate in code reviews under the guidance of senior developers to learn best practices.
- Engage in Agile/Scrum meetings, help provide estimates, and adhere to deadlines.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Fundamental understanding of programming concepts.
- Eagerness to learn and work with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Kendo, and Bootstrap.
- Basic understanding of SQL and databases.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some experience or coursework related to .NET development.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
