Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lab Instructor specializing in Electronics at KGiSL Educational Institutions, located in Coimbatore. Job Summary:

The Training and Development Manager is responsible for assessing organizational needs, designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance the skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work for all employees.
