Aptitude Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities

•Deliver training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Analytical Skills soft skill is mandatory

•Prepare students for campus placements, competitive examinations, and aptitude assessments.

•Design and develop training materials, assignments, mock tests, and practice exercises.

•Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

•Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and mentor students to achieve their career goals.

•Track student progress and submit periodic reports.

•Collaborate with academic and placement teams to ensure training effectiveness.

•Stay updated with the latest aptitude test patterns and industry requirements.

Required Skills

•Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability and soft skill is mandatory

•Excellent communication and presentation skills.

•Ability to engage and motivate students.

•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

•Proficiency in MS Office and online training platforms.

Eligibility Criteria

•Prior training or teaching experience is preferred.
