1. Foster a metrics-driven approach to sales and create clear, measurable objectives for the sales team to achieve.
2. Identify market opportunities and challenges, and collaborate with the sales team to implement innovative action plans to address them.
3. Recruit, train, and mentor the existing and new sales team members to drive month-on-month and year-over-year revenue growth.
4. Monitor sales pipeline, forecast and provide coaching to the sales team to identify customer needs and pitch relevant product benefits effectively.
5. Improve lead conversion rate through various channels such as emailers, chatbots, and marketing-generated leads.
6. Conduct market research to assess market potential, track competitor activities, and provide valuable insights to optimize sales, marketing, and expansion strategies.

Role

You will develop and maintain the key backend code and infrastructure of the company stack. You will implement AI solutions like LLMs for various tasks such as voice-based interactive systems, chatbots, and AI web apps. Ability to see projects through from start to finish with good organizational skills and attention to detail. This is a perfect role for someone who likes to build state-of-the-art AI products and work with cutting-edge AI technologies like GPT, LLAMA, etc

Qualifications 

• Basic: BS in Computer Science or relevant field. Preferred: MS in AI/ML
• 5+ years experience in backend software development or AI role
• Must be able to design high throughput scalable backend systems
• Knowledge/experience of ML and deep learning, fine tuning AI models (especially LLMs), policy optimization, creating embeddings, transformer architecture, Prompt engineering
• TensorFlow, pytorch, langchain knowledge/usage
• Experience using LLMs such as llama or GPT in apps
• Nice to have - CV knowledge like VLM and CNN
• Proficiency in any programming language such as Python, Nodejs, Go.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP) and technologies like Docker
• Knowledge of Rest APIs, databases (mysql, mongo, vectorDB)

Must-Have Technology Skills:

• OOP Concept, Java 8+, Spring Boot, API development, Agile Scrum knowledge, Strong Databases design concepts of RDBMS, and capable of writing and optimizing complex queries.
  Good understanding of any Database tool e.g. Postgres, MySQL, etc.,

Job Description

We are looking for a Dart/Flutter Developer responsible for creating multi-platform apps for iOS and Android using Google’s Flutter development framework. The primary focus will be on creating new experiences and maintaining existing apps. Deep experience contributing to and managing high-scale production mobile apps. You must have previous experience in Flutter and Dart development.

Responsibilities
