About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Shopify & WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining high-performing websites while ensuring seamless user experience and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify and WordPress websites
• Work on themes, templates, and layouts to enhance UI/UX as per brand requirements
• Integrate and manage plugins, apps, and third-party tools (payments, CRM, analytics, email marketing, etc.)
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
• Implement basic SEO best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to themes, plugins, hosting, and site performance
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to execute client requirements
• Ensure websites are secure, scalable, and easy to manage post-launch

Requirements

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Shopify and WordPress development
• Strong understanding of themes, plugins, and CMS platforms
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Experience with hosting, backups, and website migrations
• Ability to work full-time from office in Delhi
• Must have a personal laptop

Compensation

• ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) 

We are looking for a skilled PHP Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in web development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PHP programming and a proven track record working with Magento, WordPress, and Laravel frameworks. As a PHP Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for end-to-end development and maintenance of web applications.

Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Implement features across the entire application stack, from front-end to back-end.

Laravel Development:

• Build and maintain Laravel applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Implement custom functionalities and features in Laravel projects.
• Collaborate with the team to create robust and scalable Laravel-based solutions.

Shopify Development (Node.js):

• Develop and customize Shopify applications, themes, and plugins using Node.js.
• Build custom Shopify APIs and integrations to support business needs.

Database Management:

• Design and optimize database schemas.
• Perform database migrations, updates, and maintenance.

Integrations:

• Integrate third party applications, plugins.
• Use/ develop APIs and webhooks for integrations.

Code Quality and Standards:

• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Follow coding standards and best practices for PHP development.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Troubleshooting and Debugging:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across various platforms.
• Collaborate with the support team to address client-reported problems.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Provide regular updates on project progress and actively participate in team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in PHP full stack development.
• Proficiency in Magento, WordPress, and Laravel frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST API, Webhooks and related technologies.

 Looking for talent who will be in charge of developing eCommerce websites. Duties would primarily consist of developing new projects using the Magento, writing custom extensions, and identifying quality community extensions.

This company is entire new but I have been working on my own project from last 8 years . 

Well here our  target is to finish at least 90 e-commerce websites a month .... as per the calculation one  should be able to finish one site within 3 days ( mainly on woo commerce) 

( we already have more work than we can finish for next 3 years) which makes us pretty stable as most of the new company .

So there are 2 categories of web designer we are looking for 

1. Salary range - 15k - 20 k (0-1 years experience)- Should be able to make a full responsive ecom ( woo commerce) website in 3 days 
2. Senior designer/ developer.  - 25- 40k  -Should be able to handle the team of 9 designer ,    -To make sure the checklist provided by client is met. -To make sure Deadlines to met for delivery .

P.s salaries entirely on the basis on ability  to perform and existing knowledge.
