What You'll Be Doing

• Learn the ropes of PHP development, including working with MySQL, APIs, and web services
• Build, test, and improve small features and internal tools
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product folks
• Experiment, ask questions, break things, and help fix them
• Get hands-on with code reviews, Git workflows, and modern dev tools
• Learn frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter (we’ll help!)

Full Stack Developer (Python, Javascript, HTML, API)

Job Overview

The SkillTurk Team is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python, JavaScript, HTML, and API functions to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that seamlessly integrate front-end and back-end components. Your role will involve working on server-side development, utilizing your knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, and API integration to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

·      Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and deploy feature-rich web applications using Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS technologies.

·      Front-end Development: Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, ensuring optimal user experience across different devices and browsers.

·      Back-end Development: Develop server-side logic and APIs using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask to enable smooth data flow and interaction between the front-end and the database.

·      API Integration: Understand and integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance the functionality and capabilities of web applications.

·      Database Management: Design and implement efficient database schemas, write optimized SQL queries, and ensure data integrity and security.

·      Testing and Debugging: Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to identify and fix issues, ensuring high-quality and bug-free code.

·      Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the data engineer and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.

·      Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in full stack development, and apply them to enhance the development process and deliver innovative solutions.

·      Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and system failures, both during development and in production environments.

·      Code Maintenance and Version Control: Manage code repositories, version control systems (e.g., Git), and documentation to ensure efficient collaboration and codebase integrity.

Requirements:

·      Strong proficiency in Python programming language.

·      Proficiency in client-side web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

·      Experience with server-side frameworks such as Django or Flask.

·      Understanding of API design principles and experience with API integration.

·      Knowledge of database systems, SQL and the ability to write optimized queries.

·      Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

·      Solid understanding of web development principles, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.

·      Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

·      Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills (not mandatory but beneficial):

·      Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

·      Understanding of Github deployments.

·      Understanding of security principles and best practices in web development.

Responsibilities:

 Work with development and product team to ideate software solutions

 Design client-side and server-side architecture

 Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design

 Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

 Write effective APIs, Ability to quickly pick up new areas in the product and write optimal

code taking into consideration the security and performance aspects of the product.

 Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

 Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

 Create security and data protection settings

 Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design

 Write technical documentation

Skills:

 Proven experience of around 4-7yrs as a Full Stack Developer.

 Should be a full stack developer who can code on cutting-edge technology stacks including

Laravel, Nodejs, Express js, Python, React, Angular, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, Elastic Search,

Docker, AWS etc. for our clients.

 Experience developing desktop and mobile applications

 Familiarity with common stacks

 Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML,

jQuery)

 Strong Knowledge of multiple back-end languages and on frameworks or platforms (Phython

/ Express JS / Django etc), API / Serverless services, DB Schema Definition.

 Good to have stakeholder management, team leading, team mentoring, code management

under critical problem

 Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX

design

 Excellent communication and teamwork skills

 Great attention to detail and analytical skills.

 Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field

More than 3 years of experience with C# and .Net development, .net 4.5, Asp.Net MVC, Angular. .net Core.  

Must have strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

Must have work experience with Angular, React

Working experience on Webservices, WebAPI, and REST are most preferred

Must have basic knowledge of SQL Server database with SQL query designing, procedure, functions, indexing, and triggers designing.

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude(Desirable)

Knowledge on HTML, HTML5, CSS, BootStrap, XML, JavaScript, JQuery is most preferred

Experience in working with source code repositories like TFS, GIT, Azure, etc

Experience in code release, merge, and conflict resolution

Experience in web publishing with IIS and Azure web Applications.

• Must know how to design the theme
• Must know about the Plugin development
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
• Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
• Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
• Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
• Must know how to develop a website using Elementor.
• Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
• Good communication skills.
• Generating WordPress themes and plugins.
• Conducting website performance tests.
• Must know how to design and develop an E-commerce Website in WordPress using Woocommerce Plugin.
