
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MS-SQL Server Database Developer with over 5+ years of hands-on experience in creating and managing database objects such as stored procedures, functions, triggers, and SSRS (Reports). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, maintenance, and development of MS-SQL databases, including backup and restoration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain stored procedures, functions, and triggers to support application functionality.
- Create and optimize complex queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
- Develop reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or other reporting tools.
- Perform database backup, restoration, and recovery as per defined processes.
- Troubleshoot database-related issues and provide solutions for improving performance.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure database solutions meet business requirements.
- Ensure the security and integrity of data across all database environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working with MS-SQL Server (2016 or later).
- Strong expertise in writing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Experience with report generation using SSRS or other reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience in backup, restoration, and database recovery processes.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
