• Automated Product Import Export in Magento 1.x and Magento 2.x
• Coding of the Magento templates.
• Developing Magento modules in PHP using best practices.
• Designing themes and interfaces.
• Setting performance tasks and goals.
• Troubleshooting integration issues.
• Updating website features and security patches.

Magento Developer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Magento, JavaScript, HTML, PHP, CSS, and MySQL.
• Experience with complete eCommerce lifecycle development.
• Understanding of modern UI/UX trends.
•   Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to project-manage and work to strict deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Job Description:

Magento Developers with 3+ years of experience

1) Should have hands-on experience in Magento module/extension development

2) Should be able to quickly understand existing custom modules in Magento and customize and manage it further.

3) Hands-on experience in developing and consuming API/REST calls both inbound and outbound within Magento

4) Should know how to develop WebService/API/REST calls as per Magento architecture, coding standard

5) Troubleshooting integration issues from API/REST calls.

6) Excellent knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

7) Good working experience on MySQL, developing complex SQL queries, design tables/database for complex business models

8) Knowledge of MVC, OOPs, Design Patterns – especially the design patterns used in Magento

9) Knowledge of Magento theming / UI components is preferred.

10) Hands-on experience with Magento 2 Porto Theming

11) Knowledge of deployment process in Cloud, especially for Magento

12) Should be competent and confident to speak up in team meetings, discussions, war rooms

13) Good command of English language

14) Should be able to work under minimal supervision

15) Should be able to coordinate with other teams and collectively solve issues.

16) Should be able to work independently as well as team

17) Candidate should have prior work experience in Magento Enterprise.

• In-Depth knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, SQL, XML/Json, AJAX, JQuery, LAMP/WAMP   environments. 
• Expertise in PHP-based e-commerce portals like Magento, Shopify, Woocommerce, etc. 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Understanding of business requirements and the process of translating them into well-engineered and integrated technical solutions and reusable components. 
• Development of custom modules of Magento, Shopify, and Woocommerce.
• Integrating Magento / Other Ecommerce applications with other external applications like ERP etc. 
• Write elegant and clean code as a PHP Developer.

• Work closely with product management, UX designers & QA.
