Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate C++ Buffer Developer to join our team in Pune. As a C++ Buffer Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance buffer systems for our software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, implement solutions, and ensure the overall quality of the software.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain C++ buffer systems to meet the requirements of our software applications.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and product managers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
4. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the stability and performance of the buffer systems.
5. Optimize and enhance existing code to improve overall system efficiency and performance.
6. Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to C++ programming and buffer systems.
8. Document the design, implementation, and maintenance of the buffer systems for future reference.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in C++ programming, specifically in designing and developing buffer systems.
3. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
4. Proficiency in using C++11 or higher versions.
5. Experience with memory management techniques and performance optimization.
6. Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and development tools.
7. Good understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
9. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
10. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
11. Knowledge of network protocols and socket programming is a plus.
12. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is preferred.

What you will be working on: 

• You will be working on the next generation network security products, on various public clouds. 
• In addition to development, you will also get your hands involved in the architectural changes while fixing the legacy issues. 
• Planning, designing, integration for network security platforms. 

• Key contributor for developing product strategies and features. 
• You will also work on specific modules to help BYOD setups perform in a streamlined manner. 

Here are some technical skills required:  

• Strong in kernel networking datapath, and TCP/IP stack.   

• Develop Linux Kernel Drivers.   
• Good exposure to Makefiles, and building RPMs.   
• Working to develop and test complex systems software, software development tools, applications, drivers, numerical methods, UIs, and web.    
• May work directly with companies developing and optimising compilers, operating systems, and other software technologies.   
• Designing & coding to support new features in the OS or Products.   

• Debugging kernel code.   
• Debugging customer issues.   
• Performance evaluation/improvement of Kernel Code.   
• Participate in production deployment and assist the production support group when needed.

• 3 Years of relevant Experience   
• In-depth working knowledge of Linux Operating System.   
• Excellent Linux system development debugging skills, including Linux kernel debugging.   
• Outstanding C development skills.   

• Good understanding of Networking L2 –L7 Protocols and network kernel driver.   
• Experience in porting from various Linux kernel versions.   
• Be a quick learner and be open to working on new technologies if needed.   
• Excellent team player with strong verbal & written communication skills.   
• Be able to step up when the situation demands such as meeting deadlines and critical production issues.

Role: Functions Developer (Embedded c - Algorithm / Driving Functions Development)

Job Description:

• Design and development of automotive feature/function software/components (ACC, AEB, TSR, LKA etc.) for ADAS/AD systems
• Coordination and regular interaction with different stakeholders and teams like testing, requirements, leads etc.
• Participate in SW requirement generation, SW architecture, detailed design etc.

Requirement:

• 3-7 years of experience in development of Algorithm & Functions for advance driver assist systems (ADAS), Autonomous driving (AD)
• Development experience with safety critical systems
• Experienced in development using MATLAB Simulink, TargetLink, Stateflow
• Experience in modelling and validation of control systems
• Knowledge of SIL, Performance Test, Functional testing
• Embedded software development using C, C++
• Issue management and version control
• Knowledge of ASPICE processes, Static analysis, MISRA checks etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive approach for problem solving

Good to have:

• Knowledge of ADAS/AD functions (ACC, TSR, AEB, LCA etc), Data Analysis
• Experienced in managing and authoring of function specification requirements
• Familiarity with AUTOSAR RTE

Nice to have:

• AUTOSAR, Functional Safety (ISO26262) exposure

Required Qualifications:
