Job Description

We are looking for a talented Java Developer to work in abroad countries. You will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions, working on both server-side components and integrations, and ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Requirment Details

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Java Developer or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Java programming language and its frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).

Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.

Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Some of the tech problems you get to work on as a backend engineer would be to build the backend for a modern spreadsheet experience from scratch, work on infra as code, write robust code that is fault-tolerant, work on performant code that adheres to SLOs set by the organization.

• Must Have worked in a product development for minimum of 1 years 
• Must Understand the Product life cycle (Requirement analysis/ design/architecture).
• Must Have hands on Coding Experience in J2EE technologies, Core Java, JavaScript, Web services SOAP, RESTful services

• Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems with a knack for writing clean, readable Java code, writing reusable Java libraries along with knowledge of multithreading, concurrency patterns, and collections in Java. 
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming along with various design and architectural patterns.
• Hands on experience with JMS, JPA, Spring (MVC, Boot & Cloud preferred) & Hibernate.
• Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful.  Experience with Presentation Layer (JSP/Servlets), JS Frameworks (Angular, jQuery, react, etc.).
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes and experience with both external and embedded databases. Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, Ant, Maven, and Gradle; continuous integration.
• Knowledge in xml based mappings, SAML, rest clients, CAS authentication and Jetty.
• Knowledge of Apache Camel and Kafka and Drools Rule Engine is preferred.

• The Architect/ Lead Backend Engineer will handle the digital experience from inception to go-live model.
• The role holder is expected to create a vision and roadmap for the digital experience to provide best in class customer experience for each of the product solutions handled.  The role holder will play a critical role in leading the innovation and growth of our front end web and mobile platforms.
• Must be from Good Companies and have been working on high Scale of Traffic
• Proficiency in engineering practices and writing high quality code, with expertise in either one of Java or Groovy or Go.
• 3+ years of experience building microservices.
• Strong experience in architecting and building distributed systems, scalability, and availability
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS/Google Cloud/Azure
• Good understanding of RxJava or Actors framework
• Proficient with RDBMS
• Strong knowledge on data stores, database design, data modelling and SQL queries
• Extensive experience building and owning large- scale distributed backend systems
• Experience working with three or more of : Unix/Linux environments, Distributed and parallel systems, Workflow automation, CI/CD Platform development, Cloud platforms development e.g. AWS/GCP, Kubernetes/Container platforms based development 

• Involved in entire SDLC lifecycle including analysis, development, fixing and monitoring of issues on the assigned product lines.
• Meets and exceeds standards for the quality and timeliness of the work products.
• Implements, unit tests, debugs and leads integrations of complex code.
• Identify opportunities for further enhancements and refinements to best practices, standards and processes.

With 2-4 years of experience in Scalable Architecture development. We are looking for Independent Contributors, who have good understanding of Microservices based architecture, and a comprehensive awareness of various architectures & their suitability as per product requirements: -

• Can solve problems independently, be responsible for the requirement analysis and design implementation of important business modules, and be familiar with the online deployment environment, able to independently analyse and quickly troubleshoot online faults.

• Familiar with JAVA programming principles, understand their advanced features and class libraries, network and server programming, multi-threaded programming, common open source products
• Experience in SOA EIP using Apache Camel Spring Integration

• High quality coding ability, reusability, low coupling, scalability, high performance, maintainability, high security

• Have the architectural design capabilities of modules and subsystems, master common architectural design methods and patterns

• Understand SOA, event-driven, distributed system principles, large-scale network application structure, message middleware, caching, load balancing, clustering technology, data synchronization, NoSQL

• Have the project experience of RabbitMQ or Kafka
