Summary/Objective:

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Avalon Solutions, preferably with expertise in fashion & luxury sector. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing AI tools for creative designs and have a strong skill set for creating compelling visuals for social media and digital platforms.

Responsibilities/Duties:

1.   Design Creation:

• Create innovative, high-end designs for various luxury products, tailored for social media graphics and website elements, good to have experience in jewelry industry.
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to grasp project requirements and objectives.
• Incorporate cutting-edge design techniques, including AI tools, to produce innovative visuals.

2.   Brand Consistency:

·        Create engaging content for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.

·        Ensure designs are optimized for different platforms and adhere to brand guidelines.

·        Work closely with the marketing team to contribute to the evolution of the brand identity.

3.   Software Proficiency:

·        Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and experience with AI design tools.

·        Stay updated on industry trends and design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.

·        Excellent skills in color theory, typography, and layout design.

4.   Feedback Incorporation:

·        Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders into design iterations.

·        Present design concepts and ideas to team members for review and approval.

5.   Project Management:

·        Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

·        Collaborate with other designers and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

·        1 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience.

·        Experience in the e-commerce, jewelry or luxury industry is ideal.

·        Good to have experience in marketing or advertising agency.

Skills:

·        Strong creative and conceptual thinking.

·        Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·        Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

·        Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Skills and Experience

* 2+ year of experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer & shipping high quality products.

* Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools

* Experience in manual testing

* Hands on experience in any one of Automation testing frameworks - Selenium, TestNG. Robot, UFT etc

* Experience in API & Mobile testing

* Experience in Any Scripting and Programming language

* BE in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience

Preferred Qualifications

* QA Experience in Ecommerce Operations/Payments/Fintech domain

* Proficiency in Java/C/Golang or any high level programming language

* Hands on experience in any one of Automation testing frameworks - Playwright, Selenium, TestNG. Robot, UFT etc

* Ability to understand technical specifications and analyze log files

* Knowledge of Test suite management tools - JIRA etc

What will you do ?

* Utilize innovative testing technologies to develop product's testing strategy

* Participation in design and code inspections.

* UI, API and Hybrid testing and automation

* Perform manual testing, the scope of which will encompass all functionalities of services as a prequel to automation

* Analyze test logs, debug failures; create test reports, co-ordinate with stakeholders

* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as experts in - product, design, engineering

* Create Automation scripts

* Uphold best practices in software testing with attention to security practices

* Intuitive, easy-to-use APIs for payment process.

* Integrations with local payment gateways in international markets.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends
• Identify new business/Sales opportunities and prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
• Meet with clients to present products or services and negotiate deals
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
• Prepare and present proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities
• Collaborate with another department to ensure the smooth delivery of products or services
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
• Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and preference
• Prepare and present sales reports to Sales Manager

Required Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in any IT product sales in B2B or manufacturing or AEC sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel as required

• The SA must have experience in the following areas:
• GCP Infrastructure as code (knowledge of terraform, etc.) and how to deploy
• GCP Service Architecture and Tooling knowledge
• Some experience with GCP Big Query to allow for strategies when online services need to query for data (scale cost vs fixed)
• Experience with online Google tools ecosystem (Tag Manager, Optimise, GMP)
• Some knowledge of network infrastructure on GCP
• Working with security gateways
• Working with elastic infrastructure and container technologies is desirable
