Senior Data Scientist

At Crystal Group, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive / Executive Assistant who can ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations, strong coordination, and accurate documentation. Role Overview

This role is responsible for managing travel arrangements, routine administrative work, payments, inventory control, and record maintenance. The position plays a key role in ensuring cost efficiency, timely coordination, and error-free administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

-Travel Coordination & Cost Control

Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for staff and technicians, including flight, train, and hotel bookings, ensuring accuracy, cost efficiency, and timely communication of confirmed travel details.

-Administrative Operations & Payment Processing

Handle routine administrative activities including petty cash, credit card entries (CEO/JMD), and timely processing of payments, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and adherence to approvals.

-Inventory Control & Vendor Coordination

Oversee office stationery inventory by maintaining optimal stock levels, preventing excess or obsolete items, raising timely indents, and coordinating effectively with vendors and service providers.

-Records Management, Reporting & Coordination

Maintain organized, retrievable administrative records, ensure proper documentation and labeling, coordinate interviews and internal requirements, and submit accurate weekly administrative reports on time.

• Should have hands-on experience in Web Development
• Good understanding of PHP and Object-oriented programming paradigms.
• Able to understand the project requirements and handle projects independently.
• Strong learning capability.
• Having a good knowledge of jQuery.
• Framework experience would be beneficial.
• Should be comfortable working with the team.
• Should be comfortable with working on any MVC-based framework.
• Work experience in the Codeigniter framework is a must.
• 2 Projects are required in the PHP language.

Key Responsibilities:

Record to Report, Taxation & Filing.

Requirements:

Electronic payment of all federal, state & local payroll taxes where applicable, with accurate and timely payroll tax deposits and returns.

Maintain records accordingly.

Withholding & remittance of employee garnishment payments to the appropriate agencies.

Working Hours: 7 PM- 4 AM |Mon-Fri

Working Location: Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To Maintain the required uptime for Azure Cloud and IT Infrastructure.
• To provide earliest resolution of the reported issues, which may include but not limited to cloud &
• end user related issues.
• Configuring and managing the alerts through Nagios, which may include but not limited to
• scripting knowledge.
• Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Managing Firewalls and Domain Controllers.
• Timely delivery of the assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Having relevant experience of 3-8 yrs.
• Sound knowledge of Linux & Windows System administration
• Good Hands-on experience on Cloud-AWS/Azure ( Willing to work on Azure Cloud )
• Good knowledge of networking, firewall & domain controller
• Basic knowledge of DevOps/Scripting
• Owning accountability and responsibility for end-to-end tasks
