About the Role

CAW.Tech is looking for a Mobile Developer with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on experience in native mobile development on iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin with Jetpack Compose) and a passion for building high-quality, performant mobile applications.

You will work on multiple products, collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers, and take ownership of features from development through release.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 2–4 years of professional experience in native mobile application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• iOS development using Swift, OR
• Android development using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
• Good problem-solving and design skills.
• Solid understanding of native mobile development concepts.
• Experience with threading, concurrency, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and platform interface guidelines.
