Senior Backend developer

Responsibilities

- To analysis business requirements, prepare design and implementation recommendations and estimate development effort

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

- Lead or participate in design reviews, code reviews and architecture evolution discussions

- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Required Skills

- Experienced with front-end programming language with React JS.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.

- Experience with popular React.JS workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

-Experience on .Net Core

-Experience in database MS SQL

Designation: Junior C/C++ Developer

Qualification: - MSc in Computer Science / Btech in CSc. or IT

Job Responsibilities:

·        Strong C/C++ programming skills

·        Strong Shell Scripting skills

·        Strong debugging skills using debuggers like GDB

·        Debug and resolve issues in existing codebase, identifying and fixing bugs to ensure the stability and performance of the software.

·        Familiarity with Linux programming environment.

• Development of features and modules of Great Manager Certification product
• Engagement in new innovations within the core products and various extensions of the core product
• Solving coding-related problems of the junior software developers in the team
• Mentoring and supporting new techies, helping create a team of rockstar developers

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or in any related engineering discipline.
2. (2-4) years of experience in building scalable web applications.
3. Backend Maverick with proficiency in Java
4. Experience in requirement analysis, failure analysis, API design, distributed
5. Experience with React.js and modern JavaScript libraries and tooling.

• 2+ years of software development experience
• Experience designing, implementing and using web services in a Microservice Architecture
• Experience and a good understanding of Node.JS
• Experience in working with any JavaScript frameworks (React, Ember, Knockout, etc.)
• Familiar with relational & non-relational databases such as Postgres, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Dynamo
• Familiar with CI (Continuous Integration) and CD (Continuous Delivery)
• Nice to have - Experience with AWS  
• Nice to have - Experience working in an agile development process
