SALES ENGINEER

Job Summary:

We are looking for someone who is Proactive with strong decision making, persuasion, leadership and

communication skill. He/She should be able to use technical skills to explain the benefits of products to

potential customers and demonstrate how our products are better than the competitor’s product,

interest the client in in purchasing products, negotiate a price and complete the sale.

In addition to retaining the current clients, attracting and securing new ones, help clients to solve any

issues that arises when the product is installed. Responsible to achieve the sales target assigned.

Responsibilities and duties:

 Business development of Packaging equipment (International Range) in Food and Beverage

industry.

 Responsible for achieving the sales targets on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis through

effective planning.

 Sales B2B, Lead Generation and converting customers into key accounts.

 Meeting clients and consultants for product presentation, understanding customer needs,

submission and discussion of technical and commercial offer.

 Responsible for end to end sales process with clients, throughout the project development

stage, proposal stage, the final selection process, the closing, and delivery of the project.

 Follow up to get the payment in time from the customers.

 Real time analysis of the market to have an advantage over the competition.

 Interaction with service team to ensure that customer experiences high level of service.

Required qualifications and skills:

 A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

 3+ Years in business development of packaging equipment (International Range) in food and

beverage industry.

 Preference: Liquid filling Line, Powder Filling Lines, Blister and Cartoning Machines.

 Able to complete projects in a timely manner

 Excellent computer literacy is must and knowledge of visualization would be preferred.

 The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.

 Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Position: Senior Executive – QA (Capsule / Pharma Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and improve QMS, GMP and GLP compliance across the plant.
2. Handle QMS functions including change control, validations, stability studies, equipment qualifications, APQR, and risk assessments.
3. Manage documentation and coordination of regulatory applications such as AHC to AQCS, EIA, and related compliance.
4. Plan and conduct internal & external audits for standards such as ISO, GMP+, FDA, EIA, Capexil etc., and ensure documentation readiness.
5. Evaluate and approve suppliers for raw materials, packaging materials, testing labs, and service providers.
6. Support in customer complaint investigation and CAPA implementation.
7. Conduct incident, deviation, and OOS investigations and ensure corrective & preventive actions.
8. Review and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and suggest improvements.
9. Manage label artwork review and control processes.
10. Oversee daily operator allocation and resource availability.

Key duties and responsibilities include

• Expert in configuring, managing, and customizing the Salesforce CPQ (Configure Price
• Quote), CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and Orders Lifecycle.
• Understand the Data Model related to Salesforce CPQ.
• In-depth knowledge in Product setup, Product Options, Product configuration & rules, Pricing, Discounting, and Quote templates in Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce CPQ with external systems using connectors, SOAP/REST API.
• Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including technical and functional capabilities.
• Design and implement Quote to Cash solutions using Salesforce CPQ Optimization of solutions through an understanding of business needs and technology capabilities.
• Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed.
• Work closely with key stakeholders/project team to recommend and agree technical solutions to meet business requirements.

Skills and experience required

• Should have 4+ years of implementation experience on Salesforce Development.

THE SKILLS YOU NEED / TECHNOLOGIES WE’RE WORKING ON,

CORE:

• Experience of data acquisition, extraction and normalization from PLCs and sensors with open protocols (OPC-UA, Modbus and MTConnect) + proprietary connectors (for Siemens Sinumerik, Fanuc and Mitsubishi)

• Comfortable building the Edge hardware and software infrastructure - IoT Gateways, IoT Servers installed on Linux or Android (Yocto) forks

• Exposure to low latency connectivity architecture using a combination of Wireless (Cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC), and wired (Ethernet) interfaces. Consequently, necessary is an understanding of Profinet and MQTT communication standards.

• In depth knowledge of the architecture of smart manufacturing software components - SCADA, Historian, MES etc.

• Have leveraged a cross-section database types - RDS (Postgres) and / or NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB)

• A fanatical level of thoroughness with the OOP such as C++, JAVA (Spring) as well as the more recent Node.js, Go 

FUNDAMENTALS:

• Strong CS fundamentals. Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms. Delivering full-stack projects from conceptualization to production. Iterating, developing and testing MVPs quickly - therefore identifying opportunities to automate the development cycle to the maximum feasible extent.

• Extensive experience of leveraging (opensource) libraries / solutions, frameworks, APIs, AWS IIoT (or similar) etc., to drive efficiencies in product development. We’re NOT planning to reinvent the wheel.

• Familiarity with deploying and developing in a microservices architecture. i.e., deploying on a containerized (Kubernetes, Docker, ECS, EKS etc.) stack that communicates via REST APIs. Developing while religiously following the CI / CD methodology.

• Trade tools such as PLC simulators, IoT device / sensor simulators, Cucumber, Selenium, GIT, IDEs (ex., Eclipse), JIRA etc., would be almost second nature
