Job Description

This role must be capable of building Dot net application and integration capabilities to enable microservice architecture. In addition to being hands on developer, the role requires the individual to leading and work with Dot net developers and integration developers, overseeing the end to end technical working to deliver features. Candidates who like to experiment and learn/discover new technologies, methods, tools with a direction to bring new capabilities to the product will be suitable

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Product Discovery proof of concepts as directed by Product manager
• Design, develop, and maintain both new and existing code, ranging from client-side development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, to server-side code using C# and ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Windows services, and ADO.NET for data persistence and retrieval.
• Write readable, extensible, testable code, while being mindful of performance requirements. • Create, maintain, and run unit tests for both new and existing code, with a goal of delivering defect-free and well-tested code to QA.
• Capable of developing restful services using Dot net framework and other integration tools
• Work with management to create and adhere to schedules, while maintaining flexibility to adapt to shifting market demands.
• Translate mockups and wireframes into functioning front-end code.
• Write and maintain documentation for new and existing features.
• Keep up-to-date on best practices and new technologies.
• Rapid prototyping, and presenting conceptual design and working prototypes to management.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Dot Net framework preferably in cloud based platforms/infrastructure
• Experience in integration enablement preferably in REST APIs
• Experience in Database languages and stored procedures, database query optimization
• Experimental knowledge in a broad technical aspects like SSO (SAML2/Oauth2), Security, RPA, Microservices architecture

•                 Demonstrate proficiency in build and release management using CI/CD strategies (leveraging tools like Jenkins and DevOps practices), implement Mocha/Chai unit and functional test cases in order to reduce costs while ensuring quality

•                 Contributes to designing, implementing and documenting the build release process as well as system configuration and deployment characteristics of the applications

•                 Participates in technical walkthroughs/ code reviews of other team members’ components, test plans and results and help them with gaps

•                 Collaborate with architect to define implementation processes and quality gates and standards

•                 Identifies risks and issues, and help monitor them

•                 Guides the development of reference and resource materials

•                 Mentors developers in improving their platform knowledge and development skills

Serve as Contact Center Software Engineer I in a large enterprise and will be responsible for
participating on projects to recommend, develop and implement scalable solutions for Contact Center
software engineering, and ensure that initiatives support the corporate vision.
This person will have daily responsibility for managing and supporting Genesys Contact Center
software, integrations, and related services. This includes, but is not limited to;
● Responsibility for the development of Contact Center custom solutions developed in C# .Net,
Salesforce Apex, and Salesforce Visualforce pages.
● Work with Sr. Engineer(s) to provide seamless service delivery and support of the software
solutions
● Contribute to architecture and code design, estimates, code reviews, and documentation to
ensure top quality software
● Balance customer and business needs to design, develop, test, and deliver against timelines
● Assist with the ongoing evolution and development of the Genesys solution
Primary/Key Responsibilities:
● Designs, codes (at least 80%), debugs and optimizes Salesforce Apex code, Visualforce pages, or
C# .Net code, including both frontend and backend components as well as internal tools, such
as configuration management and development/test environments.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

The functional scope of this engagement will be based on requirements supported by NetSuite, the WMS, and any other development. • Design and implement a Quality Assurance application to help guide operations through a standard process for documenting quality and compliance of products. • Develop a screen in our warehouse management system to reduce duplicative data entry • Automating order approval and reduction of non-fillable lines o Success will be measured as product being allocated to orders in real time and overall turnaround time to be reduced at levels acceptable to VP IT. • Re-develop the container management application to fit the business needs as outlined by the VP IT.
