The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst with expertise in managing acquisitions, integrating them seamlessly into our company's way of working as well as responding to our customers' security questionnaires.

The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of direct work experience and a proven track record of successfully navigating the challenges associated with assimilating newly acquired entities into existing business operations.

The role requires a keen understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and a strategic mindset to ensure smooth and efficient integration processes. The GRC Analyst will play a critical role in enhancing our overall GRC posture and maintaining regulatory compliance for WiseTech Global.

Given the close collaboration with technical security teams, the ideal candidate will bring a solid background in technical cybersecurity (e.g. experience as a Security Analyst, SecOps Analyst, Incident Response Analyst or similar), alongside recent and relevant experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).

Key Responsibilities:

· Acquisition Assessment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the GRC landscape of newly acquired companies, identifying gaps and alignment opportunities.

· Integration Planning: Develop comprehensive integration plans tailored to each acquisition, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching GRC strategy.

· Risk Management: Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with integration processes, working closely with risk management teams.

· Policy and Procedure Harmonization: Bridge gaps between existing practices and those of acquired entities, harmonizing policies, procedures, and controls.

· Communication and Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate integration plans and progress, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

· Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of integration activities and generate insightful reports for senior management.

· Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements to the integration process.

· Customer Security Questionnaire Support: Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive responses to customer security questionnaires.

· Strong foundation in core IT or Cybersecurity principles, ideally supported by hands-on experience in areas such as networking, system administration, or security operations.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

· 7+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, preferably with a focus on acquisition integration.

· Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, risk management frameworks, including ISO 27001, NIST.

· Experience with SOC1/2, GDPR, and privacy frameworks.

· Proficiency in information security tools, techniques, and controls.

· Experience with metrics and KPIs to measure and track information security risk.

· Ability to develop policies, standards, and guidelines.

· ISO27001:2022 Lead Implementer, and lead auditor certifications are desirable.

· CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CRISC certifications are desirable.

· Experience with GRC tools, such as Vanta, Archer, ServiceNow Risk modules is highly desirable.

· Exposure to CMMC/FedRAMP is highly desirable.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in computer vision and architectural design. The ideal candidate will lead the development of robust, scalable AI systems, drive architectural decisions, and contribute significantly to the deployment of real-time video analytics, multi-model systems, and intelligent automation

solutions.

Key Responsibilities

 Design and lead the architecture of complex AI systems in the domain of computer vision and real-time inference.

 Build and deploy models for object detection, image segmentation, classification, and tracking.

 Mentor and guide junior engineers on deep learning best practices and scalable software engineering.

 Drive end-to-end ML pipelines: from data ingestion and augmentation to training, deployment, and monitoring.

 Work with YOLO-based and transformer-based models for industrial use-cases.

 Lead integration of AI systems into production with hardware, backend, and DevOps teams.

 Develop automated benchmarking, annotation, and evaluation tools.

 Ensure maintainability, scalability, and reproducibility of models through version control, CI/CD, and containerization.

Required Skills

 Advanced proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).

 Strong experience with YOLO, segmentation networks (UNet, Mask R-CNN), and

tracking (Deep SORT).

 Sound understanding of real-time video analytics and inference optimization.

 Hands-on experience designing model pipelines using Docker, Git, MLflow, or similar tools.

 Familiarity with OpenCV, NumPy, and image processing techniques.

 Proficiency in deploying models on Linux systems with GPU or edge devices (Jetson, Coral)

Good to Have

 Experience with multi-model orchestration, streaming inference (DeepStream), or virtual camera inputs.

 Exposure to production-level MLOps practices.

 Knowledge of cloud-based deployment on AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean.

 Familiarity with synthetic data generation, augmentation libraries, and 3D modeling tools.

 Publications, patents, or open-source contributions in the AI/ML space.

Qualifications

 B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

 4+ years of proven experience in AI/ML with a focus on computer vision and system- level design.

 Strong portfolio or demonstrable projects in production environments

We are looking for a Senior .NET Engineer with hands-on experience in developing enterprise applications on the Microsoft technology stack and exposure to Identity Provider (IDP) integrations such as Azure AD, Auth0, or Okta. You will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while ensuring high-quality code and collaborating within a cross-functional team.

Key Skills: 

Strong programming skills in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6/8, ASP.NET MVC/Web API. 

Practical experience with IDP integration (Azure AD B2C, Auth0, Okta, etc.). 

Good understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML. 

Experience with RESTful APIs and SQL Server/Entity Framework. 

Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Angular/React (good to have). 

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and basic Azure services is a plus. 

Strong analytical and debugging skills

Build a database of customer leads through references, opening stalls in areas where there are higher

number of footfalls – like apartment complexes, shopping areas etc., door to door visits, distribution of

pamphlets etc

 Schedule meetings with potential liabilities customers and understand their requirement; thereafter

presenting them with the most suitable products and explaining the features/benefits.

 Communicate clearly to customers on the requirements for various types of products & services – for

example, charges for maintaining a locker, minimum balance to be maintained etc.,

 Ensure that all customer documents are verified with originals and are handled with care and

confidentiality.

 Complete all account opening related processes accurately so that the customer experience is

enhanced and forms the foundation of a long relationship with the bank.

 Maintain continuous communication with customers on the status of their account opening process.

 Frequently communicate with newly signed up customers and assist them with additional products and

services based on their requirements – for example, relevant loan products, investment products etc.

 Build reference network from newly signed up customers for potential leads.

 Regularly update Daily Sales Reports and discuss on the plans, action items, progress with the

supervisor.
