You'll join a dynamic team in the flexible workspace industry, focused on driving revenue, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting post-sales onboarding across a portfolio of workspace solutions. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve sales targets for office space leasing (flexi desks, dedicated desks, private cabins up to 20 seats).
- Cross-sell services such as meeting rooms, virtual offices, day passes, and training rooms.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with clients.
Lead Management & Prospecting
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone and online platforms.
- Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and aggregator platforms.
- Convert leads into site visits and successful closures.
Client Relationship Management
- Conduct centre tours and present tailored workspace solutions based on client needs.
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding and timely issue resolution.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Maintain accurate sales MIS with lead, proposal, and conversion data.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline status, conversion metrics, and forecasts.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategy.
Aggregator & Broker Engagement
- Manage relationships with coworking aggregators and brokers (for example: Qdesq, MyHQ, Cofynd).
- Drive lead generation through existing partners and explore new partnerships.
Team Collaboration & Leadership (Manager Level)
- Mentor junior sales team members and foster a high-performance culture.
- Align team goals with business objectives and monitor productivity.
