Sales Specialist

We are looking for HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. (Exp. 2-3 years, Male candidate only)

Duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.

Responsibilities:

- Recruiting candidates as per the requirement and in provided deadline.

- Experience in handling Payroll & preparation of all challans (ESI, PF, PT, LWF) & reports.

Organize and maintain personnel records.

- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave) & keep track of relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).

- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.

- Revise company policies.

- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates).

- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues, process day to day expense.

- Conduct Employee engagement activity & participate in HR projects.

- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Design and implement responsive user interfaces with React.
• Build server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.
• Manage and optimize databases using MongoDB.

Create a consumer facing front end application that will be used by millions of users.

What you will do:

• Develop our mobile apps using React Native.
• Work with backend, frontend, and other developers to build out a customer-centric experience that will constantly evolve.
• Work with our designers and customer success team to create a seamless user experience.

Experience Range: 

3-5 years with technical hands-on experience in building a consumer mobile app. You must have shipped an app to the stores.

Technical Expertise:

• 3-5 years experience Android/iOS native apps or React Native based apps and Web front-end technologies such as React. 
• Strong command of JavaScript ES6.
• Know how to build (fairly) complex layouts without using any CSS frameworks.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills using data structures.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bias for action shipping quality code quickly.

• 5-8yrs hands-on experience on Java, Springboot, Microservices
• Min 1yr experience in L3 support
• Should have good problem-solving skills, communication, and interpersonal skills
