- Generate new leads in innovative ways - via cold calls, field networking, online research or through leads from partners
- Conduct product demos regularly and customize product offering in partnership with the technical teams
- Ensure a healthy lead pipeline of prospective clients
- On-board new clients to ensure effective and efficient use of the Atom services
- Persuade potential leads about the benefits of Atom services
- Foster and develop long-term partnerships and relationships
- New merchant tie ups, Reseller DST tie ups
Required:
- Experience selling to businesses, specifically to SMEs, corporates, governments, schools, and colleges
- Experience across the sales cycle, from new lead generation to closing of the sale
- Very good at hunting.
Skills required:
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Experience selling product that require push-sales with quick turnaround time

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🛍️ Sales & Customer Service
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Ensure a superior customer experience through high service standards.
- Monitor footfall, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
- Handle customer queries, escalations, and feedback.
👔 Store Operations
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures.
- Maintain proper visual merchandising and in-store display standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, shrinkage, and stock replenishment.
- Ensure timely stock audits, inward & outward stock documentation.
👥 Team Management
- Supervise and train staff on product knowledge, SOPs, and service.

Senior SRE Developer
The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) position is a software development-oriented role, focusing heavily on coding, automation, and ensuring the stability and reliability of our global platform. The ideal candidate will primarily be a skilled software developer capable of participating in on-call rotations. The SRE team develops sophisticated telemetry and automation tools, proactively monitoring platform health and executing automated corrective actions. As guardians of the production environment, the SRE team leverages advanced telemetry to anticipate and mitigate issues, ensuring continuous platform stability.
Responsibilities:
- ● Develop and maintain advanced telemetry and automation tools for monitoring and managing global platform health.
- ● Actively participate in on-call rotations, swiftly diagnosing and resolving system issues and escalations from the customer support team (this is not a customer-facing role).
- ● Implement automated solutions for incident response, system optimization, and reliability improvement.
Requirements: Software Development:
