About the Role:
This position centers on identifying business prospects and forming partnerships in line with CAW Studios' vision and objectives. The Software Sales and Partnerships Manager will be responsible for recognizing and cultivating relationships with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
What will you do:
- Responsible for driving Sell-With and Sell-To motions including Software and Services based on a few key Technology Partner’s products and offerings globally.
- Will need to identify client opportunities to progress along with the Technology Partners, and co-sell with those partners to drive revenue generation.
- Provides use case inputs across a portfolio of Quality Assurance, DevOps, Data and Digital Engineering Services.
- Serves as the CAW Partnership team's sales-focused liaison to the technology partner globally.
- Influence the client’s technology adoption agenda to achieve increased adoption of the technology partner’s products, platforms, and offerings.
- Advocates for CAW Studios to the Technology Partner’s company leadership in India and looks for new
- Opportunities to scale within their ecosystem.
- Collaborates with Marketing, Delivery and Pre-Sales on Demand Generation Campaigns and Capacity / Expertise development.
What you will bring:
- Minimum of 7 years experience in software sales and/or strategic partnerships, MBA preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and partnership goals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
