About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer & WordPress Developer who can blend design thinking with technical execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building engaging websites and creating compelling digital assets that strengthen our brand presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive WordPress websites
• Create website wireframes, mock-ups, and UI designs

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in WordPress (themes, plugins, customization)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript
• Experience with page builders (Elementor, etc.)
• Basic understanding of SEO & website performance optimization

Design Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) or equivalent tools (Figma, Canva, etc.)
• Strong skills in UI/UX design & wireframing
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics (preferred)

Soft Skills

• Ability to talk to insurance companies & check online for outstanding payments and document the conversation/ findings on patient account and assigned WP as per the standardization protocol with required accuracy. 

• Willingness to work in the night shift 

• Meet Compliance requirements like HIPPA etc. 

• Meet QMS and ISMS requirements 

• Meet productivity and quality standards.

Sr. Executive - AR:-

• Above average calling, spoken and written English skills, high medical billing knowledge 

• Should work independently, and with minimal supervision, on complex tasks with guidance from supervisors 

• Should be a team player and collaborate in solving the issues 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Ability to analyze a claim and talk to insurance companies & check online for outstanding payments and take necessary action, so that the claim is closed 

• Mentor and guide team members 

• Willing to work in Night shifts 

• Ensure required quality standards.

Analyst - AR:-

• Offers solutions, suggestions & improvements and also help on client specific reports to their immediate supervisor 

• Should be a team player, mentor the trainees and collaborate in solving the issues and problems 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Should have the ability to identify global issues, root cause of the problem and take corrective and systemic actions. 

• Ensure required quality standards. 

• Clear the rejections 

• Check whether the response is received in a timely manner 

• Check process dashboard on time; if any rejection found 

• Generate Insurance Collection summary report grouping by Insurance and sub-grouping. 

• Work on the denial bucket claims 

• Resolve the denied claims 

Sr. Analyst - AR:-

• Capable of handling minimum team of 5-10 

• Identify the global issues proactively and offer resolutions and recommendation to eradicate from reoccurring. 

• Should be able to mentor the team members 

• Ability to generate client specific reports and assist immediate supervisor on day to day operational needs. 

• Exceed individual productivity and quality standards as per org policy. 

• Assist team to achieve the minimum productivity and quality benchmark. 

• Should be a team player and collaborate in solving the issues and problems.

As a senior R&D Java Engineer, you will work in a highly collaborative, dynamic environment. Your work will impact a lot to make world bit safer place. You’ll design creative solutions to problems faced by companies due to cyber attacks. You will work closely with other partners such as product and pre-sales managers, UI developers, and other software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve the efficiency of the solution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and implement, the software components of Nimesa Product.
• Assist QA Engineers with the creation and review of the test cases
• Write junits and test automation if anything required to have the coverage
• Assist other Engineers with the creation of detailed software design specifications.
• Keep an eye out for technology trends, and open-source projects that can be used.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or relevant fields.
• At least 3+ years experience in end-end software development for large design and coordinating project teams in the SaaS industry.
• Software development experience with Java and Spring / Springboot, RabbitMQ, MYSQL etc
• Must have worked on fairly complex products from scratch
• Strong knowledge of data structure, multithreading and other comp science concepts (SQL or NoSQL)
• Excellent social and communication skills
• Demonstrated expertise in building Web Applications, Enterprise Applications, Web Services, and Management at scale is a requirement.
• Experience with Design patterns
• Knowledge of cloud-based architectures, deployment and operational aspects of Amazon Web Services cloud

Responsibilities

As a Frontend Developer (Next.js) you will be responsible for -

•  Building the Complete UI/UX of our web application from scratch.
