We are looking for a driven and client-focused professional to manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients. The role involves understanding client insurance needs, building strong long-term relationships, ensuring smooth service delivery, and driving sales through new business development and cross-selling of relevant insurance and financial products. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to provide excellent customer support and improve client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

Experience in insurance sales / SME relationship management preferred

Must-have

• LLB or LLM from a recognised institution

• 2–4 years of hands-on corporate / transactional legal experience

• Prior experience in a startup, VC-backed company, or fast-paced legal setup (not just largelaw firms)

• Proven ability to draft and redline contracts independently

• MCA / ROC filings done without supervision

• Strong written English — your documents represent Convosight externally

• Highly organised — zero misses on deadlines and compliance calendars

• Ability to work across teams without needing hand-holding

Good to have

• Experience supporting a fundraise round (Series A / B due diligence preferred)

• Working knowledge of DPDP Act, GDPR basics, or data privacy frameworks

• Exposure to global client contracts (US / EU counterparties) • Basic familiarity with SEBI / FEMA regulations

Job Summary

We are looking for an Android Developer who is passionate about pushing mobile technologies to their limits. You will work with our team of talented engineers to design, build, and enhance the next generation of our mobile applications. This role will give you the opportunity to work on impactful projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create secure, scalable, and user-friendly Android solutions.

8. Clear understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

Preferred Skills:

1. Familiarity with Android UI/UX design principles and best practices.
2. Knowledge of Kotlin in addition to Java.
3. Experience with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
4. Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Position Responsibilities

●      Answer technical support phone calls on software/hardware.

●      Respond in writing via email to cases entered into an online self service portal.

●      Gather and document all information pertaining to a customer issue into a case ticket, respond to new cases within established timeframes, manage caseload and provide updates to customers with open cases, effectively troubleshoot assigned cases and identify those that need escalation to Senior Analysts.

●      Accurate gathering of data, should a call not be resolved during the initial phone call, it is imperative that the case have the entire details of the issue and suggested recommendations for resolution. If a caller requires additional support of the issue, all pertinent information should be captured for the next analyst.

●      Escalates design, reliability, and maintenance problems to the Technical Support Team Lead / Product Manager.

●      Being proactive and taking the initiative are keys to success. Utilization of slow business periods to train on software functions identified by the Technical Support Team Lead is essential.

●      Follows internal escalation path, involving other departments when needed, documenting each call for ease of escalation.

●      Periodic Installation and Training of software/hardware for clients via remote connection.

●      Able to work patiently with end-users of both a technical and non-technical background.

The Role

Required Skills and Experience
