Sales Development Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Business Analyst Trainer to join our training team. This role involves delivering high-quality training programs on business analysis tools, methodologies, and best practices, both in-person and online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales across multiple marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart and quick commerce platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Dunzo.
• Develop and execute strategies for product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
• Build strong relationships with account managers across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
• Optimize product visibility and performance through SEO, A+ content, paid ads, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze sales data to forecast demand, identify growth opportunities, and maximize revenue.
• Ensure smooth coordination of operations, from order fulfilment to returns management.
• Coordinate with the internal marketing team for content creation and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and adapt to evolving marketplace algorithms, policies, and competitor activity.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of e-commerce and quick commerce ecosystems.
• Proven experience in managing multi-channel marketplace operations.
• Expertise in tools and strategies for marketplace sales optimization.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and performance tracking.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Prior experience of managing marketplaces in D2C business required. Experience in nutraceuticals, wellness, or FMCG sector is a plus.

• 5+ years of relevant experience as an individual contributor working on the frontend technologies
• Strong technical foundation and experience building user interfaces for complex applications.
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js core principles and experience with latest React concepts like hooks, context APIs
• Experience with popular state management libraries like Redux, Flux
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript and knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Experience with common front-end build tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Familiarity with Git
• Hands on experience with markup languages
• Background contributing best-practices and architectural leadership to front end applications
• Demonstrable understanding, and experience in dismantling large, abstract problems into smaller, workable tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate cross functionally with designers, product managers and other engineers.

• Work closely with stakeholders and product managers to translate user needs and business requirements into visual designs that are minimalistic, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.  
• Design for different industry sectors and master in visual design.
• Implement visual principles and experiment with typography, colors and labelling layouts.
• Collaborate and review designs with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception for a better user experience.
• Present and obtain approvals from design leaders, project stakeholders, and end-users to drive your designs to success.

• B.Des/M.Des or equivalent experience in packaging or graphic design with an amazing design portfolio. 1+ years of experience in packaging or graphic design.
• Proficient in abode creative suite.
• A good storyteller who generates empathy, craft a vision, design for impact, using written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skill
• A problem solver with ideas that challenge the status quo, together with the persistence – to bring them to life.

Must have:

• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, object model, DOM manipulation and event handlers, data structures, algorithms, JSX, and Babel 
• Complete understanding of ReactJS and its main fundamentals like JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, etc. 
• Preceding experience with ReactJS workflows like Redux, Create React App, data structure libraries

• Strong understanding of Javascript, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, Ruby and Ruby on Rails 
• Strong understanding of scalable, modular, open and robust application / database architecture. 
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills for ambiguous high level business / technical issues
• Familiarity with concepts of MVC, ORM, and RESTful
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application 
• Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Hands on Experience with relational databases Postgresql and MySQL
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming 
• Proficient in writing unit and functional tests with RSpec, Capybara
• Familiarity with Couchbase and ElasticSearch (NoSQL DB)
• Able to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests with RSpec

• Experience in debugging system performance issues and creating long term solutions for the same would be an added benefit.
