Backend Engineer

Primary Skills: Database Systems (SQL), Python Flask/Fast API/Django frameworks specifically
Requirements:

• Highly proficient in fundamentals of Python web development frameworks like Flask, Django and Fast API
• Demonstrated experience in developing APIs using Python frameworks
• Should have deep knowledge in PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server and other SQL based Databases
• Knowledge and proficiency in NoSQL is a bonus

• 4+ years of rich experience in the software development with advanced knowledge of JavaScript, C#,
• ASP.Net and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Create an engaging and knowledgeable online Shopify store to increase sales and revenue.
• Create bespoke Shopify themes and change pre-existing templates per pre-defined brand guidelines
• Be an expert in all aspects of the D2C platform, and work on the UX and UI Design to create unique, strong, and inventive front-end user experiences
• Ensure a smooth connection with Marketing Tools, Platform APIs, and Shopify Apps to optimise the shop for overall efficiency and functionality
• Test and debug websites regularly to improve performance
• Based on their findings, they provide technical support and coordination, protecting enterprises against failure
• Increase conversion rates by optimising the website

Programming Languages: Perl, java. Perl programming with strong OOPs knowledge.

UI: HTML, JS
System: Linux must have – good knowledge and shell scripting experience.
Prior experience in infrastructure automation, monitoring will definitely help.


Description:

The person in this role:


- Will be involved in developing new monitoring scripts, enhancement & defect fixes on existing monitors

- Have to be on-call to support any incoming production/P1 internal issues which need urgent attention (team members are on call for a week and we have a weekly rotation policy within the team)
