About Intro

Intro is a dating app where LGBTQ South Asians find love. Built by Queer Desis in New York for the 100 million queer South Asians around the globe who deserve a space of their own. Our mission: help 1 million Queer Desis find love by the end of 2026. We’re creating a safer, more intentional, and community-driven dating experience — one that celebrates identity, culture, and connection.

The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in 0→1 environments. You’ll take ownership of architecture, design, and execution across backend, web, and mobile (iOS/Android) — helping shape both the product and the culture of the company.

You’ll be joining at the earliest stage — working directly with the founding team on everything from feature development to infrastructure decisions and product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable backend systems (APIs, data models, authentication, messaging, matching).
• Lead development across web and mobile clients (React, React Native, Swift/Kotlin).
• Collaborate on product design and iterate quickly on user feedback.
• Set up CI/CD, testing, and monitoring pipelines.
• Help define the tech culture, best practices, and early engineering team standards.
• Contribute to early hiring and mentorship as we grow.

Interview Process

1. AI Screen – Initial automated technical and culture-fit assessment.
2. Web Challenge – Build a small feature for the web app to demonstrate frontend and full-stack skills.
3. iOS Challenge – Build a small feature for the iOS app to showcase mobile development and design sense.
4. Android Challenge – Build a small feature for the Android app to highlight cross-platform depth.
5. Founder Chat – Meet with the Founder to discuss vision, values, and long-term fit.

Job Description for AEM Autodesk-

Responsibilities :

Work with product owners to form technical solutions that meet requirements

Collaborate with architects, designers, product team, other developers and teams, as well as participate in code reviews

Help design and implement components that integrate with internal and external systems

Take ownership of, be a subject matter expert and maintain complex modules

Specific, actionable and responsible project updates in an Agile environment

Engineer mobile and web experiences with exceptional performance

Requirements :

5+ years industry experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)

1+ years of experience with Contentful 

Understanding and experience developing web services using AWS 

Understanding and experience of server-side web development using Java

Experience developing efficient and reliable JavaScript (ES6/2015), both client and server-side and Javascript testing frameworks such as 

Jasmine, mocha.js, Jest

Experience creating maintainable CSS

Experience with Object-Oriented and Functional programming paradigms

Understand fundamental elements of good software architecture

Working understanding of the latest web APIs and standards (HTML 5, CSS 3, ECMAScript 2015)

Experience with continuous integration tools, such as Jenkins

3 or more years of relevant programming experience

2 or more years experience with Adobe AEM (CQ) and related technologies

1 or more years of experience working in a modern web application stack (React, Backbone, Angular, Ember, etc.)

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience

Proficiency in spoken and written English 

You are required to possess good knowledge of PHP and experience in Laravel repository.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Work alongside a broader team with a focus on Design, UX, Optimization, Back End processes, DevOps Efficiency with the goal of delivering high-quality projects using the latest tech stack.
• A keen eye for detail, along with a passion to deliver quality, customer-focused solutions is absolutely essential.
• Championing Web Development: You will be responsible for handling web development from ideation to production.
• Collaboration with product manager and other developers, owning a large part of the process from problem understanding to shipping the solution.
• Contribute best-in-class programming skills to develop highly innovative, consumer-facing web products.

Key Skills:

PHP MVC Framework Laravel, API Integration and Development, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Version Control Systems, Repository Management, Basic understanding to work on AWS

Desired Profile:

• Great skills in PHP MVC framework Laravel.
• Extensive Experience in API integration and development is required.
• Experience in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is required.
• Experienced with version control systems and repository management.
• Experience working and configuring AWS is a huge plus. but a basic understanding to work on AWS is required.
• Passionate about writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills and experience building consumer systems at scale.
