Role Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated AI Intern to join our dynamic team. This isn't your average internship; you'll be diving headfirst into the exciting world of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work on real-world projects, contributing directly to our core products by researching, developing, and fine-tuning state-of-the-art language models. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Develop & Implement LLM Models: Assist in building and deploying LLM solutions for tasks like sentiment analysis, text summarization, named entity recognition (NER), and question-answering.

Fine-Tune LLMs: Work hands-on with pre-trained Large Language Models (like Llama, GPT, BERT) and fine-tune them on our custom datasets to enhance performance for specific tasks.

Data Pipeline Management: Be responsible for data preprocessing, cleaning, and augmentation to create high-quality datasets for training and evaluation.

Experiment & Evaluate: Research and experiment with different model architectures and fine-tuning strategies (e.g., LoRA, QLoRA) to optimize for accuracy, speed, and cost.

Collaborate & Document: Work closely with our senior ML engineers and data scientists, actively participating in code reviews and clearly documenting your findings and methodologies.

Must-Have Skills (Qualifications)

Strong Python Proficiency: You live and breathe Python and are comfortable with its data science ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).

Solid ML & NLP Fundamentals: A strong theoretical understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning concepts, and core NLP techniques (e.g., tokenization, embeddings, attention mechanisms).

Deep Learning Frameworks: Hands-on experience with either PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Familiarity with LLMs: You understand the basics of transformer architecture and have some exposure to working with or fine-tuning Large Language Models.

Problem-Solving Mindset: An analytical and curious approach to tackling complex challenges.

Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field.

Brownie Points For (Preferred Skills)

Experience with the Hugging Face ecosystem (Transformers, Datasets, Tokenizers).

A portfolio of personal or academic projects on GitHub showcasing your AI/ML skills.

Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB).

Responsibilities:

• The person in this role will lead the development of new business opportunities that supports our overall growth strategy for our Cloud-based software product.
• Lead business growth strategies, identifying opportunities, identifying partnerships and bringing in new clients.
• Build marketing content, and sales collateral, respond to RFPs, quotes etc. in collaboration with the management team and subject matter experts.
• Perform marketing strategies, run email campaigns and apply other techniques to acquire new clients.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts and positioning us as a strategic advisor delivering actionable insights and practical business solutions
• Willing to work with extended hours covering multiple time zones.

Requirements:

• Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling Software Products, and IT Services with International, Global markets as the main focus.
• Prefer candidates with MBA, MCA or relevant education in technology, marketing or sales.
• Should have extensive knowledge in Software Sales, IT Services, various technologies and market trends. Experience selling SaaS products and selling implementation services is preferred.
• Should have leadership qualities, be highly motivated, be energetic and accountable for owning business outcomes including planning, executing and forecasting.
• Need experience in technology sales, staffing, consulting services, a strong background in business development, and customer relationship.
• Need experience closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Should be willing to travel locally in India, the US and other countries as required.
• Should have strong communication skills, and presentation skills.

Essential Requirements:

• 5+ years of Software development experience
• Hands on development experience using Java technology stack with focus on architecture and design.
• Hands-on in Java Programming, J2EE, Spring or SpringBoot, Hibernate, RestAPI, Data Structures, Design Patterns, Oracle Database, PL/SQL
• Experience in application servers with prime focus on Tomcat.
• Experience in messaging systems such as RabbitMQ.
• Experience working in Linux/Unix environments. Must be hands on with Object Oriented concepts along with passion for design patterns and applicability.
• Relevant experience in Java frameworks like Spring Microservices, Spring-Boot, Hibernate, JPA etc.
• Understanding of developer testing practices and the differences between unit, functional, and system tests,
• Should have working experience in a CI/CD environment where build & test is automated.
• Should have working experience in tools like Maven, Jenkins, Bamboo etc.
• Should have used testing Frameworks such as JUnit, Selenium
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts or principles
• Ability to work effectively as part of global team
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience in Azure and AWS Development and Deployment, Active Directory, Containerization.

Position : Backend Developer – SDE3 : Java/Nodejs

Responsibilities

● Own architecture, design, development, and implementation of different modules/features of the services

● Design, develop, deploy and support web applications.

● Carry out code reviews and manage pull requests within the mobile application development team

Requirements

● Overall 5+ years of experience in Backend development (Java or Nodejs).

● B.E/B.Tech in CS or equivalent streams from institute of repute (IITs, NITs, BITs, IIITs or equivalent)

● Strong object oriented design skills & knowledge of design patterns

● Experience in working with data platform & data lake pipeline building is preferred.

● Experience designing & developing distributed systems involving multiple web services, databases (both SQL and NoSQL), caches, queues, etc. taking into consideration scalability, availability, fault tolerance, consistency, etc. of the overall system

● Well-aware of and enforces development best practices: Unit Tests, Code Reviews, Integration Tests, CI/CD, Monitoring, Alerting, etc

• Improving customer experience, not only for borrowers, but also other partners on the platform.
• Ensure seamless integration with data/ service providers and lending partners.
• When not doing any of above, write tests to prevent any regressions.
