React.js Developer

What we are looking for:

1. Looking for person with 5+ years of solid experience in HTML, vueJs, javascript, css & JQuery

2. Must have a strong skillset on technologies and is keen on learn and build next generation recruitment Technology.

3. Should have a strong focus on quality, scalability, and performance of the product.

4. Should be a team player with a solid experience and desire to build customer-centric products and work closely with Product Managers and Designer.

5. Ready to relocate to Pune and join ASAP.
   
   

Role & Responsibilities:

• End to end ownership of the Product frontend development, building reusable, testable, and scalable technology.

• Research, evaluate, analyze, and implement technical requirements.

• Introduce best industry practices to build the best interfaces for users.

• 2-3 yrs of strong experience in building mobile web frontend for b2c products using React.
• Understanding of server side rendering, nextjs.
• Ability to build progressive web applications with optimized lighthouse score.

- Hands-on experience in developing User Interfaces (more than 4 years) using Angular 4+.

- Hands-on experience of using reactive frameworks like Redux, NgRX.

- Strong understanding of using UI testing frameworks like Jasmine, Mocha.

- Focus on building reusable components by employing Design patterns.

- Ability to remote diagnose user issues (With or without tools).

- Strong understanding of Object-oriented concepts.

- Ability to suggest alternative solutions for micro-level problems considering the environment constraints.

- Ability to diagnose development issues independently.

- Self-motivated learner.

Job Overview: You will be part of the core product engineering team. It’s a small, highly productive team building a large and complex product. Our web app is built with React and Redux. The mobile apps are built with React-Native. The backend is built with NodeJs and PostgreSQL. So, javascript is the language we speak 😉. If you are fluent in javascript, you will be a great fit! This position is primarily for the front-end, but we encourage full-stack developers.

You will be a team player working collaboratively with product leaders, UI designers, and the testing team. Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, Unit Testing, and Integration Testing are the major activities you will take up. You will own a feature from UI design to go live.

Skills Expected:

1. Sound understanding of HTML/ DOM / Javascript / CSS.
2. Strong practical expertise in React and Redux.
3. Good understanding of usability, error handling, performance, and reusability concepts.
4. Ability to learn new concepts rapidly.
5. Ability to handle complexity - you will work on a large and complex app, often more than one task at a time.
6. Being self-driven - you enjoy taking ownership; you don’t need constant follow-up from a manager.
