Position Overview

We are actively seeking a React Native Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our mobile development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command over React Native and JavaScript, and be capable of building high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. You’ll work on impactful projects for our global clients and collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product owners in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and maintainable mobile applications using React Native
• Implement reusable components and libraries that align with project architecture
• Integrate third-party libraries and backend APIs to deliver feature-rich apps
• Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility
• Participate in end-to-end development: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain coding best practices
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive interfaces
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across Android and iOS devices

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in React Native development
• Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend principles
• Proficiency with Redux, MobX, or Context API for state management
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming (Promises, Async/Await)
• Familiarity with Android Studio and Xcode for native builds
• Solid understanding of mobile UX/UI principles and performance optimization
• Experience with Git, version control systems, and CI/CD tools
• Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end development and launch of features on our App.
• Participate in scoping, and planning discussions with the designers, PMs, and Leads.

• App We will depend on this person to set up/improve the code quality, and tracking.

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of full-time work experience (College projects, Internships are not a part of this).
• Hands-on experience with React Native.
• Deep expertise in either iOS or Android platforms and ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of your tools: Languages, frameworks, systems.
• Experience with abstracting requirements into frameworks.
• Has worked with the react ecosystem for eg, redux, react-query, react-router, etc.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a consumer tech set-up (ecommerce, D2C).
• Work with Rest APIs.
• Experience with video streaming and Real-Time Communication technologies.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Android developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high performance for Android platforms.

Responsibilities:-

1. 1+ years of technical experience with Android.
2. Good understanding and proficiency in Java/Kotlin.

• Previous experience working as a React Developer.
• Solid understanding of website and native application development principles

• Experienced in using Mobile Views on iOS and Android
• Good understanding of MVC frameworks
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React.js/React Native applications.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Knowledge of React, React Native
• Experience with user interface design.
• Knowledge of how to build and consume APIs and the basics of internet communication protocols and web frameworks
• A knack for writing clean, readable React-Native code
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Your responsibilities include:

• Work on the LOTR (Locus on the road) app which is native app in Android in a small team of 3 engineers
• Apart from the app, there is LOTR SDK also which is in nascent stage. The role would require building up the SDK as well
• Write maintainable code with around 80% unit test coverage. Do PR (pull request) review of fellow engineers on the app
• If you are adventurous - opportunity will be provided to work on the backend API to which the LOTR app/SDK will communicate to. Backend is in all java
• We have some created some cool stuff around selective app upgrade setup. Also, our app development process is under CI/CD so you don’t have to build & release app manually.

• 2 - 6 year experience as Android developer in a product based company
