✨ What We Need:

a. React Native & JavaScript/TypeScript expertise.

b. Experience with OAuth, SSO, REST APIs & Firebase.

c. 3-4 published mobile apps (Android & iOS).

d. App store publishing experience.

e. Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in React, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Expertise in state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with react-navigation and deep linking.
• Solid understanding of Expo (both managed and bare workflows).
• Knowledge of native development (Swift/Objective-C for iOS, Java/Kotlin for Android).
• Experience with custom native module bridging and native UI integration.
• Strong debugging skills using tools like Flipper and Chrome DevTools.
• Familiarity with Jest, React Native Testing Library.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and real-time data (WebSockets).
• Ability to manage OTA updates with EAS Update and configure EAS Build.
• Experience in app publishing and release lifecycle on both Play Store and App Store.
• Knowledge of secure storage, token handling, and app-level security practices.

Looking for React Native 6 to 8 years of experience

• Has built at least 2 React Native Apps ( Concept to Design to Dev to Production to

Refine ) or atleast 1 App from Scratch individually.

• Has Managed a team of atleast 3 developers to build mobile apps/modules.

• Understand mobile app design principle

• Can debug app and troubleshoot issues

• Can write testable code / module

• Has worked on app performance improvement

• Has taken security considerationwhile building app(s)

• Added advantage if has worked on Firebase,FCM and Redux.

Requirement: -

• Managing a team of 3-4 engineers 
• Hands on experience in Web applications and Mobile applications.
• 2+ years of professional experience working with React Native.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Should have experience in React.js as well
• Experience working with Swift, Objective C, and Java a plus.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Familiar with Agile development methodology
• Should have strong fundamentals in React Native
• Should be good at Languages React Native, iOS, Android mobile
• Should be well versed with mobile application architecture
• Ensure and apprise stakeholders of technical feasibility, effort, and impact of implementations.
• Interact with clients to understand requirements.
• Able to convert business requirements to sizable tasks for developers to implement.

What you'll do

Blend app, an AI-driven design tool, will help its users create stunning designs within seconds.

To help us get to our vision faster, we are looking for an Engineer to join us on our app development front. This developer:

• 👩‍💻 Would work on our Flutter codebase writing cross platform code for both Android and iOS.
• 🎨 Work closely with product and design to create amazing user experiences.
• 🐜 Watch out and fix production issues, and target on running a smooth experience.
• 📈 With the help of the rest of the team, you maintain a great app with few bugs and trustable analytics: KPIs, logs, crash logs, boards.

Above all, you would be the owner of the app side of things. Drive it to success. That will be the goal.

We are tech/langugage agnostic when it comes to developers, so the only hard requirement is to be smart and passionate. That being said, having the skills below will be an advantage:

• Experience working with Flutter and/or Dart
• Experience with React/React Native (makes it easier to pick up flutter)
• Experience with Native app development (sooner or later you might get to a point where you need to write native modules as well)

• Release applications to the Apple and Google Play stores.
• Work with native modules when required.
