We are looking for Flutter Developer,

1+ years of experience in developing native and cross-platform mobile applications

Experience in one of the programming languages: (Java and Kotlin (Android) Swift and Objective-C (iOS))

React Native (hybrid development)

Knowledge of Flutter SDK, Getex, Provider, Android Studio and IntelliJ, Visual Studio Code,

SQLite, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases

REST APIs

Experience with Git and Jira

Familiarity with Agile development approaches

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Location: Surat (onsite & fulltime)

Skills:

• Strong Object-Oriented design and programming skills in Java and Kotlin
• Working experience in Kotlin
• Familiar with Android SDK, Permissions, Location, Analytics, Retrofit, Dagger2, RxJava2, Kotlin|Coroutines, Navigation Component, Constraint/Motion Layout, Room database.
• Strong knowledge of Android UI/UX design principles, Architecture patterns like MVP, MVVM, etc.
• Good knowledge in Mobile software development best practices – UI & Unit testing (Espresso & Mokito/MockK)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Understanding of Google’s design principles and guidelines
• Good understanding of code versioning and project management tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira etc.
• Familiar with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins, Fastlane etc.
• Hands on experience with tools like firebase and Realm for database and push notification
• Open-Source contribution and having personal project on GitHub will give advantages
• Ability to use analytic data and user testing to inform design decision
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Very good Analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to adapt new frameworks quickly
• Good track record of having delivered successful consumer or business apps on play store
• Proficient in secure application development practices
• Knowledge of offline storage, threading and performance tuning
• Excellent optimization and bench-marking skills
• Strong communication skills
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of overall development experience.
• Very good understanding of core Javascript concepts.
• 3 years of React Native experience for iOS and/or Android.
• Extensive knowledge about mobile app development.
• This includes the whole process from the first line of code to publishing in the store(s).
• Some understanding of the build process involved with iOS and Android.
• Comfortable with basic design concepts and flex ui.
• Great attention to code quality & coding standards.
• Good grasp of architectural principles and patterns.
• Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript.
• Very good communication skills in English.

Your work at Finin:
As our primary android developer , you are expected to

1. Build a light-weight, low latent Android applications with limited or no dependency on third-party modules.
2. Build application logic & develop user facing features in Kotlin.
3. Build reusable components & front-end libraries for future use, as and wherever needed.
4. Translate designs & wireframes into high-quality code.
5. Define front-end architecture, document, estimate scope, & deliver on time.
6. Plan for new technology insertion & trade-offs in development.

Further, as any early stage start-up, we expect you to be comfortable wearing multiple hats, & be a proactive contributor towards building something truly remarkable.

Candidate profile:

1. At least 4 years of professional experience building native projects for Android.
2. Have at least two live projects.
3. Practical knowledge of working with RESTful APIs, & version control tools such as git.
4. Experience creating custom libraries.
5. Proficiency in various software design patterns.
6. Accountable & a proactive communicator.
7. Has worked in agile or iterative environment. Can estimate scope & prioritise.
8. Independent problem solver. Comfortable with ambiguity & fast pace start-up work culture.

Bonus points:

1. If you have previous experience building technology for Finance products.
2. If you have contributed in at least two stages of product development: MVP & Growth.
3. If you are a do-er.

Requirement::

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
