Position Details: Flutter Developer

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

What You Will Do:

App Development: Develop and maintain high-performance, modern mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms using Flutter (Dart).

Reactive Programming: Implement reactive design principles and manage complex application states using BLoC, Provider, RxDart, or Redux.

API Integration: Seamlessly integrate mobile frontends with REST APIs, WebSockets, and Firebase services.

Code Quality: Write clean, scalable, and testable code while ensuring the performance, security, and responsiveness of applications.

Database Management: Work with local storage solutions including SQLite and specialized Firebase databases.

Native Integration: Handle platform-specific code for Android and iOS, managing native modules where necessary.

Release Management: Manage the end-to-end deployment process to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Maintenance & Optimization: Proactively debug, optimize, and maintain existing codebases to ensure a high-quality user experience.

Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and backend engineering teams to deliver user-centric mobile solutions.

Tech Evolution: Stay current with the latest mobile development trends, techniques, and emerging technologies in the Flutter ecosystem.

What You Will Bring:

Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of professional experience in mobile application development.

Flutter Expertise: Strong hands-on proficiency with the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.

Job Requirements :

- 3+ years on Flutter, Overall 7 years plus

- Hands on and individual contribution on Syntax, Logic and Debugging

- Take ownership of the entire fintech application having 1M + users

- Recruit , train and manage Senior Developers (our most junior developers are 3+ years)

- Worked on latest android versions

- Hands on on Firebase, notifications, Google Maps, Sessions Management , Socket integration

- Good at Core Java and create own libraries

- Work Exp in Lead role in past companies

Experience with Flutter is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user-friendly, robust, and scalable Flutter/Android/iOS applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to understand requirements and translate them into functional applications.
• Implement clean and efficient code following best practices, coding standards, and design patterns specific to mobile development.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and stability of the applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
• Integrate RESTful APIs to fetch and send data from/to the backend servers.
• Work with SQLite or other database technologies to implement data persistence in mobile applications.
• Implement effective UI/UX designs following Material Design guidelines to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement solutions to improve application performance, maintainability, and user engagement.

We are looking for a React Native developers between 1 to 3years of experience interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Transition existing React web apps to React Native.

What you must have:

• Experience in iOS Development and / or apps on Apple store and must have handled atleast 2 projects.
• Software Development experience in Java, MVC / MVVM pattern, Objective C, Swift development.
• Familiarity with SDK Integrations, APNS, Cocoapods, Carthage, Networking, JSON structuring and working with REST APIs.
• Experience in collaborating on software projects using Git based Version Control Systems (FYI, we use Bitbucket).
• Bonus Points if you have:
• Have a basic knowledge of how Android Development works (for collaborating with the Android team and developing programming patterns which works for both Android & iOS)
