About the Role

We’re looking for a smart, detail-oriented Flutter Developer who loves building high-quality mobile experiences. You’ll be working on our next-gen Fintech & Investment app, focusing on clean architecture, strong session management, and secure code implementation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production-level Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
• Develop pixel-perfect UI with smooth animations, transitions, and responsive layouts.
• Implement secure session management, authentication, and token-based APIs.
• Work closely with the backend (Node.js) and API teams for smooth data integration.
• Optimize app performance and memory usage.
• Follow secure coding standards suitable for fintech products.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to improve UX and app flow.
• Integrate third-party SDKs and payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, etc.).
• Use version control (Git) and agile workflows effectively.

Must-Have Skills

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart.
• Strong knowledge of state management (preferably Riverpod or Bloc).
• Strong experience in UI/UX implementation — adaptive design, fluid animations, transitions.
• Experience in secure session handling and token-based authentication (JWT, OAuth).
• Understanding of clean architecture, modular coding, and reusable components.
• Strong grasp of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Good debugging and performance optimization skills.

Added Advantage

• Experience with Node.js or understanding of backend API management.
• Familiarity with payment gateway integration (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm, Stripe).
• Prior work experience on fintech, wallet, or investment apps.
• Knowledge of Firebase, push notifications, and analytics.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and app store deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Building multi-platform applications for Android and iOS using the Flutter development framework of Google.
• Collaborating with other developers to create, deploy, and maintain Flutter-based applications for different platforms.
• Performing app profiling and improving performance.
• Writing and reviewing multi-application codes
• Testing products to remove bugs and any malfunctioning aspects
• Ensuring consistency between the delivered product features and the requirements/criteria of the business.
• Developing new features, maintaining code, and fixing/debugging issues.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of Flutter and Dart.
• Good Knowledge of Java, Kotlin or Swift.
• Ability to write readable code, create extensive documentation for existing code, and refactor the previously written code into readable state
• Good understanding of code versioning tools such as Git etc.
• Willingness to learn about new technologies and trends in mobile.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• Working knowledge of Reactive programming is a plus.
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working with agile teams and making rapid decisions in a dynamic and disruptive environment.
• Confident, detail-oriented, and highly motivated to contribute to the growth of the organization as part of a high-performing team.
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
• 1.5-3 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong communication skills.

Role: ANDROID DEVELOPER

What you’ll do?

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work with outside data sources and API's
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

What Makes You A Great Fit?

• Have published one or more android apps on the Play store
• At least 3 years of experience in Android app development
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK/ NDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Solid understanding of Object Oriented programming, data structures, algorithms and relational database
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with offline storage, threading, performance tuning and firebase services
• Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as touch
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
• Proficient with Java and Kotlin (including coroutines)
• Preference for good experience in the gaming industry, but experience in the B2C app is a must
• Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git, Bit bucket
• Familiarity with continuous integration
