Role Overview:

As an RPA Developer, you will be at the forefront of our automation practice, designing and deploying robust robotic process automation solutions that drive tangible business value. Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation workflows using UiPath to optimize business processes for our clients.

- Conduct comprehensive automation testing to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of bots before deployment into production environments.

- Manage the end-to-end RPA implementation lifecycle, from initial process assessment and solution design to final delivery and post-implementation support.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, ensuring that technical solutions align with specific business requirements and long-term goals.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within existing automation frameworks to minimize downtime and maintain high operational standards.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building complex automation solutions using UiPath, with a strong grasp of REFramework and orchestrator management.

- Proven ability to execute rigorous automation testing protocols, ensuring high-quality output and seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into structured, technical automation logic.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in RPA development and implementation.

We are hiring a UiPath RPA Developer to automate business processes end to end.

Responsibilities

• Design and build RPA bots with UiPath Studio
• Deploy and manage bots through UiPath Orchestrator
• Analyse processes and find automation opportunities
• Maintain and improve existing automations

Requirements

• 1+ years of RPA development with UiPath

• More than 8 years of overall experience in Robotic Process Automation and ML technologies. 

• 4-5 years of direct experience in developing with UiPath/Automation Anywhere (A360), Python

• Strong Knowledge in SQL to write queries (Insert, Delete, Select , Update & Joins) and have knowledge on Stored Procedure to Execute or Modify.

• Experience on Custom / Build in Queues like Workload Management Queues.

• Certifications with other RPA software tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, UiPath etc.) preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and technically proficient IT Support Engineer (L1) with 1-2 years of

experience to join our IT Support team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop

support, hardware and software troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, Windows operating

systems, and basic networking.

The candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support, resolving user issues, managing

support tickets, configuring end-user devices, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents while delivering

excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

End-User Support

Support Engineer

The Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for the Risk Management System (RMS) product, ensuring that both internal and external users can resolve issues quickly and efficiently. This role involves troubleshooting technical problems, providing solutions, and collaborating with engineering and QA teams to enhance the product. Additionally, the Support Engineer will assist with user training, monitor system performance, and contribute to continuous product improvement. 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for users experiencing issues with the RMS platform, both internally and externally. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users. 
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and resolve recurring technical problems and escalate more complex issues. 
• Document support tickets, ensuring detailed tracking of issues, resolutions, and feedback. 
• Provide training and guidance to users on how to effectively use the RMS system.
