As a Trainee, you will learn in various aspects of customer support like queries resolution, handling situations, interaction with customers. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving any issue they may have.

 Responsibilities:

• Provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the voice-based phone service.
