We are looking for a Sr. PHP Laravel Developer/ TL for building high-performing, scalable,
enterprise-grade applications. You will be responsible for web application development
while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to
design to testing. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and product quality are essential.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build a high-quality web application from scratch.
• Responsive and adaptive web page implementation.
• Identify and communicate best practices for front-end engineering.
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code to ensure the applications' best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools.
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development.
• Must possess excellent attention to detail and be able to familiarize and quickly.
• Learn new Software/frameworks/ languages/ technology with ease.
• Must be able to apply innovative thinking at work.

Desired Skills:

• Good working knowledge of PHP-based MVC framework Laravel.
• Good knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS & Javascript and understanding of Database concepts & working knowledge of MySQL.
• A clear understanding of RESTful API development standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of AngularJS is an added advantage.
• Understanding managing Linux servers & AWS/GCP

• Work across all phases of application development including requirement gathering, coding, release, bug fixing, documentation.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers guiding them in their day to day activities.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to develop and deliver new features and enhance existing ones.
• Rapid prototyping (POCs) based on requirements.
• Test, debug and fix any functional or non-functional issues.
• Work with the architects to ensure feasibility of the design while ensuring all quality attributes are met.
• Participate in deployment and release activities.

• 5+years of relevant experience.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Expertise in Python, Django DRF, REST APIs
• Experience with Document DB, RDBMS and ORM.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean and testable code.
• Knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch is preferred.
• Exposure to AWS will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (ReactJS, Javascript etc) will be a plus.
• Strong team player who can work efficiently in a highly collaborative effort.
•  Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.

• 2+ years of experience coding with Python.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.

• Hands-on in cloud infrastructure AWS/GCP/Azure

• Hands-on experience with data warehouse/OLAP systems such as Redshift, click house and added plus.
