Strong Principal DevOps Engineer Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 10+ years in DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure roles with hands-on experience (clear scale signals like traffic, uptime, latency, infra size should be mentioned) in B2B SAAS companies

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have worked in Principal / Staff / Lead DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineer role and demonstrated org-level ownership - setting infra roadmap, defining DevOps charter, or structuring the platform function not just domain-level technical ownership

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must show evidence of strategic authorship, defined multi-year infra/platform strategy, drove company-wide architectural shifts as an initiator (not implementer), or directly interfaced with VP Eng / CTO / product leadership on infra direction

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have B2B SaaS company experience with multi-tenant architecture OR multiple production stacks (multi-env / multi-client systems)

Mandatory (Tech Skills 1 - Cloud & Infra): AWS (VPC, EKS, EC2, RDS, networking), Kubernetes (EKS) at scale, Designing high availability, multi-region systems

Mandatory (Tech Skills 2 - Automation & IaC): Terraform (must-have), Helm / GitOps, Strong scripting (Python / Go / Bash)

Mandatory (Tech Skills 4 - Reliability & Observability): SRE principles (SLOs, SLIs, error budgets), Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog), Alerting, on-call, incident management

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets for company products.
• Develop business by interacting with customers at corporate and site levels.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations at customer sites for promotion and technical discussions.
• Handle technical and commercial aspects of customer inquiries.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and quality issues.
• Formulate and execute short-term and long-term marketing goals.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on marketing and field activities.
• Willingness to travel frequently and relocate within India as per business requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience in Power / Steel / Cement / Mining industries.
• Industry Knowledge: Must have working experience or strong understanding of the Power industry.
• Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Skills:
• Strong communication in English and Hindi (knowledge of Tamil/Telugu preferred).
• Good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and handling clients independently.
• Team handling experience will be an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Responsibilities:

• Experience in configuring Compensation, Variable Pay templates

• Experience in Route Map and Rating Scales

• Experience in Merit Guidelines, Lookup table, Eligibility rules, Budgeting and Performance Forms integration

• Experience in configuring merit and Variable Pay statement templates

• Strong experience in MDF Objects, Position Management, Business rules, workflows and RBP.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for various assigned modules within the SuccessFactors system.

• Assist with system changes from the solution phase through development, testing, implementation, and post go-live support.

• Perform and/or assist with manual data uploads where necessary.

• Lead the design, testing and support of Compensation, Variable Pay, PMGM and Employee Central modules

• Troubleshoot and resolve end user support tickets

• Partner on yearly cycles within HRIS for Performance Reviews and Compensation Planning.

• Act as a leader within the HRIS team, providing training and support to other team members as needed.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal documentation.

• Experience in Role Based Permissions

• Working experience in Reporting, user stories, Dashboards

• Should have experience in client handling and educating the business teams on the compensation process and new changes

Experience

• 5+ years of Support experience in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Compensation Management, Performance & Goal Management and Employee Central.

• Experience working in a Global HR environment.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project handling skills.

• Certification in Compensation/Variable Pay/PMGM/ Employee Central is an added advantage.

• Strong experience in Client handling.

• Understands business strategy and goals by studying the business function, collaborating with the client and gather business requirements.
• Documentation of formal requirements, use cases, user stories, User Journey which ensure that the UX solutions proposed are fit for purpose, meet business needs and are operationally sustainable.
• Ability to evaluate the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys and workshops and derive meaningful insights
• Communicating effectively with UX team, external clients and internal teams to deliver product’s functional requirement.
• Manages the progress of projects by tracking activity, resolving issues, and recommending actions.
• Provides senior management and client stakeholders with regular updates on deliverable timeline and project status.
