Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving direct order generation across Government and Public Sector accounts. The role requires a strong hunter mindset, focused on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals through direct engagement with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

● Drive direct sales and order generation across government departments, PSUs, and institutional buyers

● Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities into confirmed orders

● Build and manage strong relationships with government officials and key stakeholders

● Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure

● Expand existing accounts while ensuring consistent order inflow and revenue growth

● Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business targets

● Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure business orders

● Track market opportunities, budgets, and upcoming government projects

● Maintain strong sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting discipline

Complete knowledge of Govt./ Public sector procurement process (Tendering, nomination, etc.); Building partner ecosystem.

Key Requirements

● Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales.

● 7+ years of experience in Government & Public Sector sales (direct sales focus)

● Proven track record of order generation and deal closures

● Strong network within government departments and PSUs

● Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

● Self-driven with a strong focus on revenue targets and closures

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Human Resources to lead and manage end-to-end HR Operations. Key Responsibilities

• Own complete HR Operations lifecycle: Onboarding → Documentation → HRMS → Attendance → Payroll Coordination → Exit
• Manage and guide HR Executives to ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
• Drive HRMS (Zoho People) modules, workflows & automation end-to-end.
• Create, optimize & track HR workflows, forms, policies, and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements & internal processes.
• Manage attendance, leave administration & geo-tracking rules.
• Coordinate payroll inputs & ensure timely monthly closures.
• Maintain employee records, dashboards, reports & audit data.
• Respond to HR tickets/queries with speed & empathy.
• Support engagement activities, culture programs & internal communication.
• Partner with leaders to ensure high HR experience & operational excellence.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations
• Must have strong experience in Zoho People (automation/workflows/reports)
• Experience managing HR Executives / small team
• Excellent communication, organization & problem-solving skills
• Understanding of HR policies, compliance, and operational frameworks
• Comfortable working in fast-paced & tech-driven environments
• Strong analytical mindset with data-first approach

Responsibilities;

● Analyze financial data related to loan requests.

● Evaluate loan documents are to ensure accuracy and completeness. ● Perform risk assessments on potential loan recipients based on credit rating, borrowing history, and other specific risk factors.

● Record loan denials and specific basis for declining application.

● Monitor and report noncompliance with loan covenants.

• Work closely with Program manager, UX and Business teams on Estimation, timelines and delivery risks and issues
• Facilitate and drive technical discussion on requirement and change requests
• Identify delivery slippage and mitigate technical risks to avoid slippage
• Be competent in designing architecture design documents and diagrams

• Minimum 8 years of UI experience.
• Having built complex (not Proof of Concepts) solutions on both React and Angular applications. Not familiarity but expertise is what is being looked for in both
• Build applications using HTML5, using JavaScript frameworks such as React.JS, Angular, Vue.js, CSS 3
• Having experience of Technology shift and migration
• Create/build real-time systems with high concurrency
• Having Awareness and experience of atomic design concepts, reusable elements, Progressive Web Apps, CDNs
• Build reusable UI components, ensuring that UI code base is scalable and maintainable
• Build UI component libraries to be used across the organization

• 6-12 months of experience in Bench Sales is required.
• Marketing Bench Consultant (H1B,OPT,GC,US Citizen).
• Experience in marketing and the available Consultants.
• Regular interaction and identifying their needs and position them to projects accordingly.
• Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.

Required Skills: 

• Minimum of 6-12 months proven Bench sales (US Staffing) experience.
• Excellence experienced with full cycle of Sales, submitting the consultants, confirming the best rates for consultants.
• Following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
• Ability to interact, develop Vendor network and get candidates placed in quick turnaround time.
• Experience working with US citizens, GC candidates, H1B, EAD and OPT preferred.
• Gathering requirements for consultants from Vendors of clients, Job portals and other networking techniques.
• Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following up regarding the rates and client interviews.
• Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them.
