Role Overview

You will be responsible for end-to-end event execution, team leadership, documentation,

delivery timelines, and on-ground accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end event execution from planning to dismantling

- Take complete ownership of event delivery timelines and quality

- Manage detailed operational documentation (checklists, BOQs, timelines)

- Supervise setup, rehearsals, live execution, and dismantle

- Coordinate vendors and on-ground teams

- Ensure strict adherence to timelines, safety, and processes

- Handle last-minute changes and crisis situations

- Prepare post-event reports, OT validations, and closure documents

The programmer must have 2-3 years plus work experience with:

Visual Basic .NET and Visual Basic 6, including the use of program “classes” and creation of DLL’s

 SQL Server databases, SQL, ADO.NET

 Crystal Reports Experience with the following is desirable but not required:

 ASP.NET

 MS Word, MS Excel, MS Exchange

 Networking/LANs, TCP/IP protocol

Job Summary:

The position of a Software Developer is a full time VB6 Programmer role. He will be primary responsible for maintaining and developing code. As a VB 6 programmer you will be responsible for to plan program code, enhancements and changes. Job Responsibilities: 1. To create, test and maintain software product codes. 2. Provides assistance to technical staff when they are unable to resolve a program, SQL database. 3. To resolve customer queries as assigned to resolve a problem. 4. Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business within the assigned areas.

Skills Required- Angular 2+, AngularJs, Javascript, HTML/CSS, jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap

Additional skills(Good to have): Java sprint boot, rest api development, Sql/NoSql db knowledge 

3+ years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS. Should be well versed with its asynchronous nature, event loop, promises, and callbacks.

Node expressProficient in Node.js and working knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and frameworks ( React.js)

Experience in Node JS MVC framework and Rest API frameworks like Express.

Experience developing desktops.

Experience in Mongo DB.

Familiarity with using AWS components.

Postman for documenting/testing APIs.

Salary ranges from 20 LPA onwards; negotiable based on experience

Mandatory Skills Required:

▪ ASP.NET & .NET Core, C#, NET 2.0 Web Services, OAuth 2.0 (JWT)

▪ Sitecore 9 and 10, Sitecore MVC, Sitecore JSS, Content Hub, Digital Asset Manager, Product Catalog Manager, Sitecore Experience Manager, Experience Platform, Customer Data Management

▪ Good working knowledge of CI/CD environments (preferably Azure DevOps), Git or similar confuration management software

Required Experience: 
▪ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from an accredited university
▪ 5+ years of relevant industry experience
▪ Must have worked with industry leading Content Management systems; certification in Sitecore is a must
▪ Strong fundamentals in Software Architecture & Software Engineering - OOP, RESTful architectures, Design Patterns, Data Structures, Algorithms
▪ Experience with RESTful API development, Open API specification ▪ Experience with Microservices Development; working on Docker, Kubernetes
▪ Experience analyzing and tuning application performance

Primary responsibilities include : 
1. Leading a small team of software engineers and, also contributing individually to design, develop and test software for cloud, web and mobile
2. Design, develop, test and document quality software to user and functional requirements within specified timeframes and in accordance with CNHI coding standards
3. Design and implement complex real-time data visualization technologies
4. Generate rapid prototypes for feasibility testing
5. Generate all documentation relevant to software operation
6. Adhere to prescribed development systems, processes procedures and ensure efficient, effective,high quality delivery
7. Contribute to the improvement of development systems, processes, procedures
8. Contribute to growing team members, building a strong cohesive team; provide guidance, mentorship
9. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
10. Perform tasks as specified by the Delivery Lead/Team Lead

What you need to have:

As a Senior Software Engineer - I,you'll take on complex problems that span multiple components and teams. As SSE - I, you could expect to: 

• Independently own one or more multiple modules, which includes: requirement analysis, design, development, maintenance & support
• Write extensive, efficient code to address complex modules and that handles interaction between multiple components. 
• Rapidly iterate to add new functionalities and solves complex problems with simple and intuitive solutions
• Produce architecture with clean interfaces, that are efficient and scalable
• Participate and contribute to architectural discussions
• Perform design and code reviews
• Perform technical feasibility and trade off studies & guides others to perform these studies
• Solve production issues. Investigate and provide solutions to minimize the business impact due to outage
• Continuously improve performance metrics of modules you own.
• Actively mentor and develop junior developers in all software development practices
• Participate in the hiring process (referrals, interviews, attending recruiting events or writing blogs)
• Onboard and mentors new team members, helps shape the culture of the team
• Collaborate effectively across teams to solve problems, execute and deliver results

Minimum Requirements: 

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant software development experience
