Create, develop, evaluate, define and promote product vision giving consideration to client
requirements, market development including competition, market trends, innovation, backlog
and other vision holders
Prioritise feature development based on ROI and appropriately determined weighting criteria
including development complexity
Define and update product Roadmap
Propose and agree release date(s) and monitor progress for release date achievement
Determine / Refine delivery plan including documented acceptance criteria sign off(s) at each
stage including business level Acceptance Tests
Provide frequent (scheduled) feed back to Stakeholders and others where appropriate
Manage Stakeholder and Client (internal and external) expectations through clear, concise and
appropriate communication
Accept / Reject outcomes and instigate / conduct retrospective reviews as appropriate for
continuous improvement
Actively engage with Project Manager(s) and be available to others including Development and
QA etc, and motivate using clear goals and objectives.
