Key Performance Indicators:

• Marketing Qualified Leads

• RoI on Digital & Offline Marketing Campaigns
• Improve the Performance of Digital Marketing Channels (Email, BPN, WPN, Social Media etc)
• Generate Leads through Event Participation or other Channels

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage content for the Companies social media handles, emails, and other forms of digital communication
• Preparing periodic marketing plan- monthly quarterly
• Making Marketing budgets
• Meeting marketing revenue targets
• Generating expected Mqls
• Handling branding and sales promotional campaigns
• Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in Companies marketing campaigns.
• Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs

Must Good English communication

Responsible for maintaining all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks, manage and supervise all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing in order to maximize ROI.

Developing creative digital marketing strategies to meet the decided target.

Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on client projects.

Experience with SEO marketing and related tools.

Strong SEO/SEM capabilities (imperative).

Established capabilities in Google Analytics.

Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.

Create a report of competitor advertising links.

Sound knowledge of Wordpress, MySQL, XHTML, CSS, Jquery and JavaScript.

Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.

Review and suggest new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Good experience in creating content and copy for the online mediums including blogs, websites, infographics, online videos, competitions, and social media campaigns. Impeccable spelling and grammar.

Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments.

Experience in managing and guiding a team and bringing out the best results.

Task:

• Need to run our software products in different international environments (on premise and cloud providers)
• Support the developers while debugging issues
• Analyse and monitor software during runtime to find bugs, performance issues and plan growth of the system

• Develop Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment Pipelines
• Maintain our on premise hosted servers and applications, like operating system upgrades, software upgrades, introducing new database versions etc.
