Job Description

We are looking for an experienced React Native Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our mobile development team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable, and performance-optimized mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
• Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect mobile interfaces
• Integrate RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous data
• Optimize mobile applications for performance, stability, and scalability
• Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or other libraries
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production and performance issues
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, QA, and product teams
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
• Publish and maintain apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in React Native
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with React Hooks and Functional Components
• Experience with Redux / Context API
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX guidelines
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party SDK integration
• Familiarity with Android Studio and Xcode
• Experience using Git for version control

Good to Have

• Experience with Native Modules (Android / iOS)
• Knowledge of Expo
• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Push Notifications, Analytics)

Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and scale production systems across cloud (AWS/GCP) and on-prem.
• Work with Kubernetes, Docker, Lambdas to build reliable, scalable infrastructure.
• Build tools and automation using Python, Go, or relevant scripting languages.
• Ensure system observability using tools like NewRelic, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, PagerDuty.
• Optimize for performance and low-latency in real-time systems using Kafka, gRPC, RTP.
• Use Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef, Puppet for infra automation and orchestration.
• Load testing using Gatling, JMeter, and ensuring fault tolerance and high availability.
• Collaborate with dev teams and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in CS, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in production infra and cloud-based systems.
• Strong background in Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and shell scripting.
• Experience managing hybrid infrastructure (cloud + on-prem).
• Strong testing practices and code quality focus.
• Experience leading teams is a plus.

Requirements:

• Strong in data structure and algorithms.
• Experience in Node.js, Express, API Design & DOM.
• Understanding of component based design or other design patterns.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing & continuous integration.

Qualifications:*

1. 10+ years of experience, with 3+ years as Database Architect or related role

5. Excellent communication skills

6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred

Hands-on experience with debugging and SW optimization is a must

Power SW optimization would be plus ( Like Linux/Windows or any other RTOS)

• 2-7 years of experience in Mobile application development domain
• A minimum 2 years of React native production level dev experience
• At least 2 React native published apps
• A firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
• An expert level knowledge of React Native, Redux, Rx & related stack
• An excellent knowledge of Tools
• Some native Android & iOS development experience (preferable)

• A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.

• 1- 3 years of experience in technical writing

1. Qualification: MBBS or Post Graduate in Dermatology/ Psychiatry/Gynaecology
