Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Corporate Outreach Executive to expand Miror’s corporate wellness footprint. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with HR heads, corporate decision-makers, and wellness committees to introduce Miror’s healthcare programs, consultations, and wellness initiatives.

This is a work-from-office role involving structured outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Identify and approach corporates for employee wellness programs and healthcare collaborations.

·       Connect with HR Heads, Admin Heads, and Corporate Decision-Makers.

·       Pitch Miror’s services including women’s health programs, doctor consultations, awareness sessions, and supplement solutions.

·       Schedule meetings (virtual/physical) for senior management or medical experts.

·       Maintain strong follow-ups and convert leads into corporate tie-ups.

·       Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, leads, and conversions.

·       Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of corporate programs.

·       Support in organizing corporate health camps, awareness drives, and wellness workshops.

·       Achieve monthly outreach and partnership targets.

·       Drive revenue through corporate wellness packages, consultations, and supplement programs.

·       Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly revenue targets.

·       Maintain strong follow-up cycles to ensure high conversion ratios.

·       Build and manage a structured corporate database with clear tracking of pipeline stages.

·       Coordinate internally for smooth execution of corporate programs post-conversion.

·       Submit weekly performance and pipeline reports to management.

Eligibility Criteria:

·       Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/HR preferred).

·       2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate outreach, healthcare marketing, or wellness programs.

·       Strong communication and presentation skills.

·       Confident in corporate interactions and negotiations.

·       Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

·       Proficient in MS Office and CRM management.

What kind of work will you get?

We are looking for a Nodejs developer.

Examples of technical tasks:

Working on our backend SDK to implement APIs that will be consumed by the frontend widgets

Designing APIs for different auth recipes

Architecting auth flows

You will also be given non technical tasks like product brain storming, competitor analysis and writing documentation.

Requirements

Well versed in nodejs with 2+ years of professional experience

Familiar with and comfortable working with Web frameworks like FastAPI, Django and Flask

Familiar with HTTP networking in nodejs

Bonus:

Contributed to open source, or have your own open source repo with a community and many github stars

Built an in-house authentication or authorization solution or worked with solutions such as Keycloak, Auth0, Ory, Okta etc

Roles and responsibilities

1. Participate and contribute in design and development of the core

components of the Filo service.

1. Own performance of app in production and implement/push for

implementation of systems to monitor, debug and fix an issue in

Desired Candidate Profile

Responsibilities:

• Lead QA engineers into developing performance & functional test plans and test scenarios using requirements and product documentation while specifying testing overview, approach, strategy, scope, architecture, environment, roles and responsibilities
• Scope projects and estimate testing needs
• Design and implement testing methods for both end to end, and individual service layers of the application stack
• Identify bottlenecks in functionality and performance, and provide actionable information and suggestions based on analysis of testing results
• Communicate technical information clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
• Work closely with development engineers and management in a fast-paced technical environment

Requirements:

• 4-7 years experience in Quality Assurance of IT products
• Hands on experience in Test Automation using Selenium
• Experience Leading Testing Teams in both Manual and Automation Testing.
• Strong work ethic and accountability on Quality Assurance
• Experience in building SCRUM/Agile skills within the Testing Team
• Exercise independent thought and judgement and adapt to new tasks
• Experience in Performance Testing is mandatory.
• Experience in Security Testing is a plus, but not mandatory

• Rapidly gain an understanding of project requirements and drive execution
• Work with delivery team to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs are met.

Skills Required:

• Excellent understanding of backend and frontend components in the following stack: NodeJS, TypeScript, Javascript, ReactJS, multiple RDBMS and NoSQL databases like Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB Experience of working on AWS services (Lambda, Step functions, SQS, S3 SNS)
• Microservice design pattern is a must
• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, containerization and CI/CD pipelines is preferable
• Experience in software development tools like Prettier, CodeCov, Snyk, etc..
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; client facing and interpersonal skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
• Experience in Designing scalable architecture systems for Node-based applications
• Ability to grasp complex implementations; Proven results of delivering client solutions
• Should have experience of working with offshore team
• Experience in working on large scale technology transformation projects for product companies is preferable
• Technology contributions to open source projects will be an added advantage
• Should have completed Certifications or training on AWS (AWS Solutions Architect), NodeJS, front-end frameworks.
