Roles & Responsibilities

• You will be a key member in building modern web application platforms.
• Building user interfaces for management products
• Creating wireframes, prototypes based on the requirements.
• Building api for UI backend.
• Provide assistance in the up-gradation and maintenance of web applications.

Job Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of web development experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with api and microservice development.
• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJs.
• Proficiency with server-side languages such as NodeJs, Java, GoLang, etc.
• Exposure to wireframing and prototyping.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MongoDB.
• Good to have:
  1. Experience in UX design.

Role Responsibilities: 

• Participate in requirements gathering, identify and document user needs after extensive research through interviews and discussions with target users and stakeholders from the business. 
• Design effective new user experiences as well as improve existing ones. Validate the created User Experiences to meet envisaged goals and stipulated standards. All this should be done within agile sprints.
• You are expected to collaborate across the spectrum with product development and marketing teams to facilitate dissipation of the deeper context of the product being worked upon. 

Expected Expertise: 

• Preferably have a B.Des/DesDegree or equivalent degree with experience in Design industry with an amazing design portfolio. Have 0-3 years of experience in UX Research. 
• A user-centred approach to design with experience in conducting user research 
• Experience in employing any of the relevant research methods: unmoderated sessions, Tree sorts, surveys, A/B tests, ethnographic enquiries, UX heuristics and benchmarking, to name a few.
• Effective Communication and collaboration skills that enable team-members to build robust products from the researched insights.
• Should be eager to see the bigger picture by connecting the dots of the product, users, stakeholders and context.

iOS Developer Responsibilities:

• Designing and building mobile applications for Apple’s iOS platform.
• Collaborating with the design team to define app features.
• Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
• Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
• Fixing application bugs before the final release.
• Publishing application on App Store.
• Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.
• Designing and implementing application updates.

EXPERIENCE

iOS Developer Requirements:

• BE, B Tech, ME, M Tech, MCA in Computer Science with 3-9 years of experience

• Proven experience as an app developer.
• Proficient in Objective-C/ Swift/ Cocoa Touch.
• Knowledge of iOS back-end services.
• Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guidelines.
• Proficient in code versioning tools including Mercurial, Git
• Ability to work with crash analytics, CI/CD etc regarding iOS development
• Familiarity with push notifications, APIs, and cloud messaging.
• Experience with continuous integration.

• Development and delivery experience in iOS, at least 2 apps should be in App Store
• Proficient in Swift 4.0 or later
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Maps, Core Location, Core Bluetooth and Core Animation etc.
• Familiarity with MVVM, Test driven development(TDD)
• Experience with third-party libraries such as Alamofire etc. and APIs Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• Proficient in RESTful APIs
• Proficient in Git
• Familiarity with push notifications and cloud message APIs etc.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning, optimisation
• Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools such as xcode Instruments and Shark
• Experience in writing unit and functional tests
• Perform bug fix and improve application performance
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Strong UX/UI design exposure and experience in making apps work intuitively and with pixel perfect interfaces. Understanding of Apple’s design principles and human interface guidelines
• Strong CS fundamentals (with competencies in algorithms and data structures)
• Highly accountable and takes ownership, with collaborative attitude, and a lifelong learner.

• 2-5 years of work experience, preferably in a startup
• An engineering degree preferably, from a top-tier school (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience in developing end-to-end applications using Node.Js, ReactJs,
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, web standards, best practices
• Experience of working with databases - MySQL, MongoDB
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• An experience in writing clean, semantic code with cross-browser compatibility in mind
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/SVN

Spark / Scala experience should be more than 2 years.

Combination with Java & Scala is fine or we are even fine with Big Data Developer with strong Core Java Concepts. - Scala / Spark Developer.
