Product Designer (B2B SaaS

·      Strong hands‑on experience implementing and supporting enterprise MFT platforms, with solid exposure to SEEBURGER BIS/MFT.

·      Proven expertise in secure file transfer protocols and connectivity patterns (e.g., SFTP/FTPS/AS2/HTTPS, APIs as applicable).

·      Strong understanding of migration methodologies and integration architecture to analyze existing flows and migrate/rebuild integrations.

·      Experience in Linux/Unix environments with scripting capability (Shell/Python preferred) for automation/support activities.

Requirements:

Primary Job Function:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential..
• Excellent troubleshooting skills are a must. Strong debugging techniques and experience on using debugger is required and/or use of testing tools to ensure high level of quality of software product.
• Strong working knowledge of the principles of quality software engineering as described by software lifecycle development processes that are consistent with ISO, IEEE, or other FDA recognized standards.
• Experience w/ distributed computing / services (preferably cloud native) software design and development is highly preferable.
