Role Specifics

In this role you'll get to …

• Create a coherent flow for a network management system.
• Work on the Neysa Networks Website and product announcement portal.
• Develop the backend for the Achates Network Management system.
• Design and code the algorithms and databases for Achates Network Management system.
• Work with some of the best designers to bring your work to life.

Must-have skills

On day one, we'll expect you to...

• Have a deep understanding of current web development Stacks and API
• Have a deep understanding of large interconnected sub-systems. A deep understanding of any two of PHP, Python or Node would be essential. You should have working knowledge of designing and working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience on systems that scale, which means you should have a good understanding of different streaming, queuing and caching technologies.
• Understand dynamic web-based front-ends which are continuously updated. WebSockets / Server-Sent Events knowledge is crucial.
• Experience in building API using REST. Understanding other API designs like XML or GraphQL would be great.
• Be deeply familiar with an API-first design methodology.
• Have great interpersonal skills, and be able to effectively communicate your ideas.
• Have a good grasp of the English language.
• Have a showcase, which you can, well, showcase.

Job Responsibilities :

• Must have knowledge of at least two PHP frameworks out of Laravel, Cakephp, CodeIgniter and YII.
• Must have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Knowledge of CMS architectures like Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal etc. will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of eCommerce frameworks like WooCommerce, Magento, OpenCart etc will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Concepts & a strong passion for Software Development.
• Strong Interaction and Design Sense
• Familiarity with LAMP stack (Apache, MySQL and phpMyAdmin)
• Comfortable with SQL and/or Script Programming.
• Experience in Designing & Developing Database in MySQL is a MUST.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge and/or willingness to learn, highly motivated.
• Fully comfortable working in English, both in written and spoken language.

The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and innovative developer with extensive experience in the Laravel framework. We use GIT for version control and the candidate must have experience in working in a team environment using tools like Github, Gitlab, etc. 

• Perform a mix of maintenance, enhancements, and new development as required.
• Work cross-functionally to convert business needs into technical specifications.
• Help with database and backend architecture. 
• Create API endpoints

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in web development and software design
• Expertise in Laravel Framework, and MySQL databases.
• Working knowledge of GIT and Github.
• Experience with creating REST-based API endpoints

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge of Core PHP, Shopify, Magento.
• Good knowledge of any PHP framework ( CodeIgniter and CakePHP )
• Hands-on experience one PHP framework
• Good analytical & communication skills.
• Must be proficient in PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML, Javascript, AJAX, XML
• Should have excellent written communication skills (English)
• Must have the capacity to work independently and also as a part of a team
• Must have dedication and commitment towards work.

• Sound knowledge on PHP  & object oriented programming.
• Good to have joomla knowledge .
• Comprehend the architecture and design of Joomla based development
• Should have good knowledge of joomla & MVC framework
• Strong database skills in SQL, MySQL, Postgre SQL and other RDBMS
• Comfortable with CSS, XHTML, XML, JavaScript, JQuery & Ajax
• Excellent understanding of Joomla and excellent knowledge on Components, Modules and Security.
• Analytical skills for Databases, data mining & MySQL
• Excellent PHP developer with Joomla who can work independently on complex Joomla applications, who have ability to build complex Joomla applications, user interfaces, design & implementation.

• Experience Required : 1 to 2 Years (Freshers Do Not Apply)
