Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

Purchase Order Management:

• Acknowledge and confirm purchase orders from vendors or marketplaces.
• Organize orders based on vendor locations for smoother processing.

Sales Order Processing:

• Process sales orders after receiving purchase orders.
• Enter order details accurately and on time in the system.

Inventory Management:

• Keep track of inventory levels to avoid stockouts.
• Work with internal teams to ensure product availability based on demand.
• Prioritize purchase orders based on location needs and stock levels.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare daily reports to monitor product availability and maintain a high order fulfillment rate.
• Analyze inventory data to spot trends and suggest improvements.

Coordination and Logistics:

• Set delivery appointments and coordinate with logistics for smooth shipment.
• Check documentation and confirm delivery using Proof of Delivery (POD) and Goods Receipt Note (GRN).
• Communicate with teams to resolve any delivery or shipment issues.

Customer and Vendor Relations:

• Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
• Resolve any problems related to shipments.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience in supply chain analysis and optimization, especially in fast-moving operations.
3. Familiar with supply chain software like SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
5. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
6. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing all inventory and orders for Amazon and Website. Keeping a track of all stock movement in various locations.

2. Assisting is packing orders.

3. Managing sales sheets and Amazon dashboard

Position: Operations & Logistics Executive

Introduction:

• It is an online marketplace which offers a refreshing new way to search and order fresh, authentic, and healthy home cooked food. 
• It offers a unified way for foodies to find home cooked food and a simple, intuitive way of selling home food for chefs.
• The service is live across the UK and is entering the Indian market

Below are details of the role:

• The operations person will work alongside both internal and external suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Manage stock levels, ensure deliveries are dispatched on time
• Manage the working relationship with our logistics provider
• Monitor the routes and ensure they are being run most optimally while holding our logistics provider accountable for any delayed/missed deliveries
• Act as the operational contact between local operations, suppliers, and the logistics companies
• Good communicator in English, Kannada and Hindi

Experience: 2+ years

Work Mode: Hybrid

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Shift: General Shift

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

9. You can handle the accounting and finances of the company.
10. If need be, you can help us with the QA of the product.
11. You can commit for at least 6 months.
