Role Overview

• The Head of Social & Content will own the brand’s organic social media and content strategy end-to-end.
• This role will be responsible for building a strong, culturally relevant brand voice across platforms.
• The role requires deep expertise in creating high-performing organic content for brands, influencers, and digital communities.
• The individual will work closely with founders, marketing, creative, and external partners to build long-term brand equity and audience loyalty

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the organic social media and content strategy across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels.
• Implement the brand’s voice, tone, and storytelling approach across all social and content touchpoints.
• Build and scale content formats including short-form videos, reels, long-form content, community posts, and influencer-led narratives.
• Drive consistent growth in followers, engagement, reach, and community interaction through organic content.
• Collaborate with influencers, creators, and cultural partners to amplify brand storytelling.
• Work closely with internal teams to align social and content narratives with product launches and brand campaigns.
• Track content performance, platform trends, and audience insights to continuously optimize strategy.
• Build, mentor, and manage internal content and social media teams as the brand scales.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in social media, content, or digital brand building.

Role : Product Manager – Oracle Xstore

Work Location : Any Xebia location

Shift timings : 3 PM to 12 AM

Mode of Work : 3 Days work from office

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the retail technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of Xstore POS and Oracle applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Passion for technology and a deep understanding of retail operations across US , Canada, and Latin-American markets

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Position Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior/ Lead Software Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and be proficient in various backend technologies and frameworks. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable backend systems. The candidate should be comfortable working in a Linux environment and have hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL

databases, as well as modern containerization and orchestration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Vert.x.

Roles & Responsibilities:

You’ll be a good fit if: 

1. You’re awesome at JavaScript. We prefer people who are strong in web concepts and fundamentals, and are open to learning any framework/library.
2. You have the ability to build features from scratch which are modular and scalable, and can deliver it end-to-end.
3. You have demonstrated experience in creating front end applications using Angular and/or React, HTML5, CSS3, Jquery, Bootstrap, Backbone.js, Semantic UI, Postgres, etc. Our current platforms are mostly Angular 8+ in frontend and Ruby on Rails / PostgreSQL / MongoDB on backend. 
4. You are comfortable working on continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) of the products using agile methodologies .
5. You are willing to explore new frameworks and languages while bringing in expertise and customer-centric usability best practices.
